I would like to point out that ROS groups usually died, because players were unable to fly the RoS ships, which were cool on their own - but gave 10% to every single ID except for unobtainable Official Reaper ID. There were many requests to open RoS line. And I do hope their stuff will FINALLY become an open tech.
If not, just remove it from the mod.

Would be nice to use their tech as Civilian shipline, or some...RoS got re-implemented in Outcast Organization, and so, Outcasts started using their tech too. Well, just an idea

The RoS ships will either be removed entirely or simply recycled to a faction in need. Can't say more than that. *shrugs*

Please give them to a faction, indie faction or make it new Border Wolrds shipline(since BW needs some new ships...)
