Good day to you

I just wanted to report crimes I have witnessed while on patrol in Liberty space by an Ahoudori class vessel named The.Ship. When I first encountered this vessel on 18/05/827, I was flying in formation with Rear Admiral Ayato and Lt.Cmd Nelson of the 5th. We encountered The.Ship at the Alberta Jumphole in Ontario. The.Ship was carrying slaves on board. Needless to say we intercepted and disabled the vessel and rescued the salves.

However the vessel was repaired and is back in service. I encountered it again on 19/05/827 in New York at the California gate. I scanned its cargo and was carrying 135 marines on board. I thought at first the captain had learned his lesson from our previous encounter and was now ferrying soldiers, however he claimed to want to experiment on them. When I questioned him further he claimed that he would be "merciful", and proceeded to space all 135 marines and then open fire on them. Killing them all. I gave chase as he proceeded to flee and lost him. I am still yet to apprehend him for this crime. If any Police representatives encounter The.Ship his vessel should be treated with extreme prejudice.

I hope the submission of this evidence is enough to convict the crew of The.Ship on 135 counts of murder. I will assist in any way that I can to bring this criminal to justice.

Sworn Statement:
I was on patrol in the New York system in an Executioner Type Heavy Fighter when the trade lane was disrupted between Fort Bush and Planet Manhattan in front of me. I immediately communicated with the pilot who after a couple of sentences opened fire on my craft. Unfortunately, my craft was damaged in the engagement and combat systems failed.

I would like to report that there were smugglers seen in libertonian sovereign space. Two Kujira GMG convoy escorts to be exactly that were caught red handed by a cooperative Bounty Hunter, he took proof of the culprits on their way out. It seems they escaped, but nonetheless this might be interesting for you in the future in case you see them around libertonian space, they appear to have a liking for Black Market Light Arms.
