We are sorry there are some issues regarding setting up ships and the plugin not working. For now I can only suggest restarting RM and buying a Federalists ID or getting someone to pass it to you. Unfortunately the ship sell points a awkard in Rheinland.

FLHook feature request:
Restart templates that can be configured to have a credit cost.
Implementation request:
Manually set those VHF template costs to be 60% of the value of a fully equipped ship of the appropriate faction to avoid restart farming.
Encourage people to create faction ships for events by giving them an instant set up and cost discount.

I understand this is easy to overlook and appreciate the idea, but the implementation of this thing has some glaring gaps in it. My advice would be to throw in a quick fix asap, such as maybe a mini-patch changing some ship sellpoints and the MND/any other IDs (MND restart and Wraith/Bergelmir to Neckar in Stuttgart as a quick fix?) or to revert and postpone until such issues can be rectified.
