Another patrol has revealed

An Individual called Eden, who after my initial scan, had Nomad Technology on his vessel, and after numerous requests to dock and get rid of the said weapons, he refused.
Once he refused I initiated engagement protocol and after a while, it was clear that my vessel was not suitable for the fight, seeing as I was in my Havoc-MkII Bomber.
After the target downed my shield I used my quick reactions to engage my cloaking device and succesfully managed to evade and live another day.

This individual is dangerous and seriously needs to be caught, as he has no regard what so ever for Law Enforcement.

Admiral,

Admiral after receiving these details from Captain Libby Harrison, I am reporting it in, as she has been unwell and resting lately.

Gordino a Gull Transport, was transporting 1000 units of Artifacts, the vessel complied according to the logs that Libby sent me, but it looks as if he has a bit of a problem with foul language, so I have suggested that the Raptors take over this case and closely watch this one.

Case is closed so far as he complied with all of the Captains requests. Also I should mention 1st|LNS-Damocles, who initially had stopped the trader while myself and 1st|Pegasus-Kailu were on our way back from a secret mission.

Once again, another fellow breaking the law.

Misfit had a Zoner osprey vessel, which according to the law below is illegal. I asked him to leave and started to escort him out of Liberty, but he just seemed to want to leave anyway, and after I followed him he dropped the lane within Colorado for some reason to evade me.

I returned to New York and continued my patrol. I am suggesting that this one is also watched by the Raptors, if he returns he will need fining next time.

Admiral,

This time, it seems Rhienland are sending spies into Liberty, and this one was one hell of a slippery customer to say the least.

Firstly I got a communication from Captain Harrison on board 1st|LNS-Bounty, to say we had a suspicious vessel in New York. After I undocked from manhatten, this individual was making his way past Trenton Outpost. I proceeded to request that he stopped after my scans showed he was of Rhienland origin and was in a fighter vessel.
As he proceeded to West point he disrupted two lanes which delayed my pursuit, so I turned around to try and catch him out, and laned to Fort Bush, and proceeded to Norfolk Shipyard, and a hunch told me he may be in the restricted area. Sure enough he was there and had nowhere to run because of the minefield.
After a conversation he agreed to be escorted out of Liberty through Texas. Once again he proceeded to disrupt lanes and I located him going towards the scrap fields which is highly dangerous for us seeing as we do not have the retrofit plating installed on our Raptors, but I proceeded anyway and eventually he stopped and warned me about the radiation. He still would not comply so I decided to use force, and unfortunately my ship was disabled but managed to set the survival pod to shoot me close to Planet Houston where I was soon picked up.

As far as I know this is not the first time one of these MND vessels has been in Liberty.

Quite a bit of visual evidence has also been supplied.

What or who this organisation really is, I am not sure, so I will hand this over to the Admiralty to discuss what to do next.

Admiral,

Chronis a Serenity transport passed by me at Manhatten, and I asked him to cut his engines, as he did so after he moved to West Point I scanned his vessel and found out that he had Contraband on board in the shape of Counterfeit Software.

I asked him several times to drop the cargo, but he seemed to ask me how much I wanted, was this a bribe I think, possibly. Anyway he proceeded to try and escape, so Cruise Disruptors were engaged and the target immediately opened fire on me.

While I was trying to capture the individual, Cpt. Sly Quin appeared and assisted me with the individual who surprisingly managed to get to the California Jump gate and after jumping both myself and Cpt. Quin re engaged and the individual was finally disabled.

Yet another smuggler to add to the list.

RST-Eichsfeld a Mastadon transport was stopped just as he came out of the lane fron Pueblo Station in colorado.

The transport complied as you can see in my report and also paid the fine of 300,000 Sirius credits, and once again Cpt.Quin was there and we also had support from our newest vessel the 1st|LNS-Nimitz.

1st|PEGASUS-Charlie-5 came and confiscated the cargo, and it was a succesful catch all round.

Admiral,

0xSurveyor a Pirate Train passed me near the Colorado Jump gate but I had to wait for the gate to reset and had to chase this individual through Colorado and into new York.
When he entered New York he headed straight into the debris field where I lost contact with him. Seeing as he was carring Cardamine, I would recommend that any other Raptors who spot this clown, should fine him immediately and make him drop the cargo.
