Let not look at it as a 'win' please. It comes as a result of someone else's technology being overused, with
no good reason, than the perception of it being better than the home grown one.

A white square in the technology grid means that you need to have an established story for how you acquired the ship/equipment posted on the forums. Write a retrospection of how you got it, and you should be fine really.

Opposite to my friendly, but often naive Oberst and being a Major-of-the-people I will choose a simple path of shooting every non-Hessian IDed Cruiser for the time being.
