BSG Zav has been sacked from the Fleet and placed under permanent KOS. His treachery knew no bounds and we, the Fleet , will never forgive him. Truly, he is our Baltar.
BSG Gemini II, BSG Zav and BSG Echo 319 must be cleared or deleted. The President will seek admin assistance to ensure this is done.
His offences:
Using his clan trader: BSG Echo 319 to finance his secret pirate character DEVASTATOR Capt Flurry.
Thereafter, using his knowledge as a high ranking member of the BSG Fleet to direct DEVASTATOR Capt Flurry in search and destroy missions against new and junior members of his own clan and thereafter attempting to claim the blood money.
When we learned that you were the old CUFF leader here in disguise we gave you a chance because you pleaded that everyone deserves a fresh start. When you tried to poach players from BSG to join CUFF server we warned you to stop your poor behavior. But in the end we should have sacked you long ago for you truly are a misbegotten, low life, scum feeding liar. May you rot in flames.

Don't want to post here, but thought you should know something.
He has asked for and been giving FOUR 'fresh starts' not including the one you gave him. Everytime this happens. Thats why after the 2nd, I stopped believing he wanted a fresh start and just basically told him to stay away from me or I'll kill him.
You guys (server) need to stop giving him and most of the CUFF chances. You do, and they bite you in the ass. He has turned this into a personal vendetta against AW and has also used unfair and cheap tactics and glitches throughout his time here on Discovery.

Yes I made a fake pirate char to find out who put out bounties on the BSG an wanted to know why . two I didnt us my trader to finance my ship . You know what I did . I sold Gemini II give the money to another Cuff memeber on here an then deletle the char . then had it transfer back an made my char . did I get the bounty no if I did get the bounty I would give it to the clan .

Each person on here has a lawful an unlawful char . each player plays that role of the char . I played my pirate role as best as i could . But my pirate wasnt a pirate it was BSG memeber looking for answers . AN NO I WASNT GUNNING FOR AW . if i was I would killed AW ross then take your NCC that she was transfering to another char . i also would of killed few other member but i didnt an to top it off i would started a war between AW an BSG but i didnt .

You know, what part of ROLE PLAY do you CUFF not get?
If the character isn't tagged as a member of a faction, in this case =BSG=, then it isn't in that faction and cannot act as though it is.
Yes alot of people have both pirate and lawful characters, however you might have noticed that those of us who do don't go after new members of our own faction.
We might go after the older members who know what they're doing and have got their ships set up, and who usually know whose characters are whose, theres nothing wrong with that.
You however have deliberately ignored and/or broken rules you knew about and then claimed that you were a new player here and needed help.
Until you CUFF can actually learn how to speak without lying I strongly suggest you stay the hell off this server, because no-one is gonna trust you unless you lie to them, again.
It's a pity that its always only a few people who cause trouble, hopefully the =BSG= won't get anymore players like this guy join.

I was adament to not make any further post regarding this traitor but I will bend that just this once to expose his piss poor excuses for yet more lies.
1. There was never a need to make any 'covert' attempt to discover who had posted the original bounties on BSG. That was Steve and that was mentioned on this very tread. Post #23 I believe. Next time read the blooming tread first before lying...idiot.
2. BSG practices self policing and controls the amount of Capital ships we operate so as not to overwhelm the server or other factions. Our current limit is 4 Battlestars of which zav was allowed one. Gemini II. Many BSG pilots worked hard to help zav fund and acquire that ship and the fact that he sold it without permission to fund his blooming pirate is a true act of treason and not to mention in doing so he removed 25% of BSGs capital firepower without our knowledge.
3. And Zav... in hindsight, prior to me digging and discovering who you were, you little reptile, you repeatly asked me to declare BSG hostile to AW. When I refused you lied to me and told me AW was the admin clan and would destroy BSG if it grew by use of deletions and hacking player files. On a later date you lied further and said that a 'friend' of yours had given you insider info that AW had destroyed CUFF by use of admin powers and was going to do the same to BSG because they suspected we were CUFF. You then suggested BSG migrate to this 'way cool new server called CUFF'. That was all designed to poach the clan from Disco and in most servers thats a banning offence.
4. When I discovered who you really were you begged for another chance saying that you did all that because of what AW had done to CUFF. How they had mistreated you but it was you all along. Fool that I was I allowed you the benefit of the doubt when you swore repentance and begged me to keep your secret because 'They were all out to get you". I gave you another chance and shortly after that Flurry appeared.
Adama tells me time and again that I am an old softy and that was true because I kept trying to see the good in you. But there is no good in you and henceforth the only good Zav is a dead zav and I am gunning for you.

This is Faction thread and should be treated like one. If u want to flame or get in discussion u have FLOOD part of forums in which u can talk whatever u want.
I don't approve what Zav has did (and i am one of the angriest) but i also don't like people who gloat cause hes out. I am only sorry that BSG lost one member. Who knows i may trust in people to much. All things that i have with Zav will be dealt with in game, not here. I advise others to the same and respect rules of factions and server.

ok, today we got in a fight with :
1.Skylanzer.
2.Zypher.
3.Zav.
it was a great one, and we held ourselfs to the : 3 kill rule, i went down, hera, and panzer, we took out Zav, Zypher once and skylanzer once, Zypher, Skylanzer, where did u learn to fly like that?:D
annyway, its clear ^ that we lost, no matter, YUST A SMALL SET BACK IN A STAGE TO GREATNESS :D
