The "H.L. Hunley Infiltrator" - worldstrider - 06-18-2009 Most damage would be from scraping rocks and wreckage. Abrasive and a few scratches. They wouldn't take a lot of damage. the cargo pods are constantly replaced but the ship itself will have a lot of wear and tear over time. I liked the rust too. It actually is defensible as most of these would be "mothballed" in hideaways on stations or in hidden cargo holds. I'm sure a lot of neglect occurred when the Junkers were able to setle their own stations outside Galllia. Flying these kamikaze-like ships would have become less and less necessary. In fact, I'd say the CSV was the replacement for these ships. So those left would be mostly antiques--but still quite functional. The "H.L. It looks "well used" without being a complete rust-bucket and would blend in well with debris fields. And i actually like that you left some rust on the joints/arms. Big improvement IMO. |
