To come back on the Liner topic, I think they'r pretty nice despite their huge size (wich make then easier to kill, by the way). They got just enough cargo hold are are nice for roleplay, sure they got more hull but the size comes with it. Don't change anything!
And as a wise Smokeone man said before, nobody can have everything, I'm sorry to tell you that you can't solololpwn everything in Sirius.

Well, what's supposed to be discussed is a possible reason and method of taking the "Liners" off IDs and either getting them onto tech charts and off SRPs, or another method.
What it's turned into is nooblet and HFM arguing with Dusty about semantics and a practically non-existant faction who couldn't figure out how to live w/o their big ships anymore.
So, what we actually have is a thread about two people trying to push strange agendas, while what some might consider helpful, constructive options being left by the wayside.

They started in .84 as a Zoner RP trade group ( in this case, for thsoe that missed out on .84, RP was not the first priority of the server despite the claims of the staff, so the RP distinction is a big thing for that era ).
Essently, they'd grab slaves and haul them to various humanatarian dropoff points such as gran canaria.
Their RP was they had some old lux liners that had been refurbished to carry the former slaves in comfertable conditions as well as medical faculties too.
Then comes the tech chart, and aside from the big 'ol frak you to the Zoners (Zoner Guard ID restrictions) they also made the liner a red cell for the Zoners too.

I meant as opposed to "used", since I have seen [IND] traders in Alaska, and then Omicron Minor in 4.85.
No matter though, I have had good RP interactions with them, so no harm. (I have also had bad, but that happens with everything really.)
