Anyhow, I think that the Corsair Empire is a cool name and all, bu it fits more with the Corsair Republic.. But then again, they are savages and barbarians? Right? Cause that's what everyone tells me they are:P

serp, republic would mean that the citizens have a say in who would represent them (ie have a seat in the council). they dont. thus it can't be a republic.
