I must say we don't fully understand this decision. Those two independent worlds are plagued by pirates and criminals. Thanks to your bounty board piracy levels there significantly dropped in last months. With the bounty board gone, I am sure of it, criminals will once again take control over those systems and as consequence paralyze trade between Liberty and Bretonia. Since the announcement of Cortez and Magellan lockdown in December Emergency Defense Group Enterprise has claimed 48 bounties in these independent systems worth exactly 152 000 000 Sirius Credits. I am very sad to say that Liberty Government paid us only 20 000 000 Sirius Credits for just first 4 claims, which is less than 14% of the total sum of our claims. Liberty Government's reluctance to pay for Cortez and Magellan lockdown forced us to negotiate settlement of the debt in exchange for several Magma Hammer MKV guns and Liberty Gunboat turrets. For this agreement we have canceled 31 claims worth exactly 93 000 000 Sirius Credits. However, since the finalization of the technology access agreement we have claimed additional 12 bounties worth exactly 36 000 000 Sirius Credits.
