I would say that, yes, yes you are wrong. With a few exceptions (not pointing any fingers here), the factions are mostly fighter based. It is the independent players that float around on battleships, annoying the hell out of me.

Well if I am on a character that has a BH ID, then I will seek out a PvP. Picking out a long range mission for a bench warrant can be a lot of fun. "Hey I got this old Warrant for your arrest". (make up some trumped up humorus charge) It's a lot of fun. If you dis-engage besause you start losing badly or his buddies show up and you see the writing on the wall, that is simply common sense. No sane real-life fighter pilot todaay would take those odds either in a real life thing.

I personally dislike how many of the Factions conduct themselfs. I find a lot of the 'RP' is 'Lets attack So-and-so' and the only real RP is 'Your gonna die, scum!' I personal like flying around and talking with people. That is where the Real RP comes in, not some huge brawl, or slaughter.

I shake a lot, like, shivering..and it scares me a lot...
So, I try to avoid it...or at least find a fight I can perform decently in, but...fact is, I don't like shooting.

wow i thought i was the only one that shakes like i'm in a blast freezer when i start to PVP. the room could be 80 degrees with me in sweat pants and a sweater....covered in electric blankets...and when i enter into PVP i'll be shaking furiously. that happens mostly in my fighter, which could explain why i suck so much worse in PVP in it. i have a hard time PVP'n in my fighter, can't hit the broadside of a barn for some reason.

all that being said i don't avoid PVP at all unless i'm outnumbered/outclassed. when that happens, i still try to turn it into some nice RP chat.

I hate PvPing. When I get in a fight I start shaking more than our clothes dryer on "shake whole house" setting.
Enemies in fighters always jump around, even when my ping is only in the double digits. The only times I succeed in a fight is when I am on a numerically superior side, and even then I have aiming problems. Pointing at the + Doesn't always cut it.. Especially when a player bounces from one corner of The Ring to the other.

i really wonder when "we" stop bashing on people in capships. it now costs well over 1 billion to get an equipped one - and still, some of the good old veteran players think the casuals don t deserve them - or even more "it is annoying the hell out of them":(( no, i m not at all amused )

I can count on one hand the number of bounty hunters I've run into with fighters. I can't count on both hands and feet how many bounty hunters in capships. It gets old, especially when there are a lot of bounty hunters out to collect on my head... little old me in my fighter.

So it doesn't bother you that you hardly ever come across a independent flying anything smaller than a gunship? because i no it annoys the hell out of me.

I honestly cant remember the last time i ever sore any independents flying a fighter, changing the merc id didn't even help the problem because now they all just grabbed a BH id so they can fly that cruiser/battleship.

To me independents shouldn't be able to get military grade hardware like cruisers and battleships.

"To me independents shouldn't be able to get military grade hardware like cruisers and battleships."

very dangerous way to go. you d create a multiple class hirachy instead of treating all player like equals. independents, open factions, invite only factions.... yay, there we go...
