Specifically Legionnaires or all Corsair NPCs?
I know I have real problems with the legionnaires in a high tier fighter, so I can see how that will be impossible for a guy in a Crusader. But I can't see how Centurions and Titans NPCs are unbalanced...

It may just be me, but on the topic of NPC's I've noticed they tend to ram my ships a lot more lately. Level 10 and under also kamikaze charge my freighter, and wait for me to decimate them before they'll retreat. Kinda odd.
