Surplus Licenses Owners;

It has been decided to invoke Liberty's right to requisition back technology granted in the past via "Under special circumstances, the Liberty Navy has the right to immediately requisition any and all loaned items back for use at their full disposal." clause. Recently requested or flown ships under surplus registry will be unaffected. Our intention is to requisition back older technology and to have better surplus organisation in the future. You may contact us to renew your surplus license free of charge. We apologize for any inconveniences.

• Major update to laws has been introduced. Civilians will not find any new restrictions. Liberty Forces must get accustomed to new order of law articles.

Update on the state of affairs in the Independent Worlds;

This is a reminder that Bering is still under embargo and no commodities are allowed into the system.

On a separate note, commodities classified as "Separatist Materiel" and "Demolition Charges" are considered contraband in Liberty and will be confiscated by Liberty Forces.

Newly discovered Omicron Nu system;

Liberty has discovered and explored a new system within Omicron cluster. While Sirius cartographers named it Omicron Nu it is also clear that without Ageira's Supergate to it, this system would never have been discovered. This newly found system is therefore claimed by Liberty and all resources within belongs to Liberty. Laws are being updated to include it as restricted, off-limits system. Any attempt to steal our property or resources will be faced with full might of Liberty Forces which are deployed to region to provide safety, security and stability. Trespassing can be dealt with by lethal force if agents or officers on scene deem it necessary.

Modular stations in Omicron Nu system;

Liberty Government has passed a directive that prohibits any modular stations being constructed within Omicron Nu. Any attempt by native corporations or law branches will be considered as breach of contract and consequences will follow. Any attempt by foreign corporations or agencies will be considered hostile invasion of Liberty and will be dealt with appropriate consequences.
