Zoner missions? - Orin - 10-15-2008 Interesting. Zoner missions against Nomads. I like it. Missions like these would need to be far better paying, though. As Cam said, 600k over 4 people is pretty useless. I'd love to see missions rewarding 2-5 million. It would make taking missions a viable alternative to powertrading. They are pretty useless as it stands. Zoner missions? - Lt.Cmdr.Olsav - 10-15-2008 Here here to Orin bringing up what i used to campaign for a long time ago, missions that reward as well as a trader makes. and even such missions be doable in a fighter. some of us hate trading. hate it. but no other way ot make enough money to get a decent ship unless we beg or powertrade. Also back on point, zoner missions would be perfect, allowing lower players a chance to gain some rep points even if they dont have bribe money. im just also gonna suggest perhaps some trade missions from them, like delivery or something? Anyways, the destroy missions are all good, but assassinations could be possible. At the moment, all Nomads use the NPC name, 'Unknown Object'. All you would need to do would be to make an additional NPC name, 'Communication Node' or 'Relay Node' or something. Assign the new NPC name to the wing leader NPC, and you have an assasinatable character. I think it works like that anyway... EDIT: Kingvalient already said he submitted reforms to both Order bases so they offer a reasonable amount of missions |
