Circumstances: I was moving my Hammerhead near West Point and saw the Navy patrols open fire on a ship that came into scanner range. I caught up with it and a quick scan showed it was a freighter with Pirate registration papers. He didnt have any armor or regens so I was going to let him talk me out of killing him, but he decided to open fire on me instead. So I blasted his little boat to pieces.

Circumstances: I was in NY and heard about pirates in California (would you believe it???). I informed a nearby LSF agent of the situation and we went to fight them. Not far from the gate we found an Outcast Tridente named Robber and Outcast Falcatta named John_Hinkley. Unfortunately the LSF agent got hit by a lucky mine, and I had both ships on me for a little while but I eventually got the Tridente and then ran down the bomber and finished him off too.
