Convoy Participants :
  • BES Fisher
  • BES MacGregor
  • BES Rufus
  • ExSec Sian Breacon

Convoy Information :
The Convoy moved from New London to New York carrying a mixture of Gold Ore and Mining Machinery, we proceeded via Cortez and returned with Light Arms for the war.

Convoy Incidents :
Ran into a few pirates, one was a Liberty Rogue who had the audacity to attempt to pirate us in the presence of an Atlantis Class Carrier. He was dealt with promptly. Another pirate was encountered however he was dealt with by ruining his self esteem by the taunting of my Co-Pilot, MK-47.

For the record Captain of the Rufus, MK is not a sexbot. Don't tempt me to use you as an example to demonstrate his abilities. There won't be anything left to identify if I do.

Also, remind me to fine-tune his insult algorithms, they leave much to be desired in certain respects.

Anyway, the voyage home was uneventful. Remind me to prepare a shipment of mutant honey badgers for our esteemed competition at Oceana. I think they may shut down production for a month.

Or would you rather I have a few associates deal with it?

Your Choice.

Other Notes :

DAMMIT MK the next time you do that, I'll sell you for scrap to the Junkers. And not to our own, no that's too good for you, no ILL SELL YOU TO THE DAMN FROGS.

Sir, this is ridiculous to say the least.
It wasn't even me to begin with. It was captain of Rufus, mister Edmund Corbett.
I don't even know what to say, sir. I just gonna attach excerpt from comms logs. I've highlighted his insults.

That's the second insult. The first one wasn't recorded, because, again, I wasn't there to begin with.

In case you don't believe me, here's the full flight log:
Mister Peterson, I ask you to resolve this incident. In case of investigation I'm ready to cooperate in order to handle this situation.

I believe Breacon-san made a confusion.
Freeman Alex indeed did not do anything wrong. I have nothing to reproach him.

The guilty party is indeed Corbett Edmund.
Corbettu angered us because he insulted Breacon-san for no reasons whatsoever, except for his entertainment, perhaps.

Quote:Bowex)Sec.E.Corbett: I don't think the word "lady" is appropriate...
Bowex)Junko.Sanada: How come.
Bowex)Sian_Breacon: That, sir, is on record.
Bowex)Sec.E.Corbett: Does it look like a lady ?
Bowex)Sian_Breacon: *gasp*
Bowex)Sec.E.Corbett: *cough* I mean she *cough*
Bowex)Junko.Sanada: You imply Sian-san looks like a male?
Bowex)Junko.Sanada: I did beat down people for less than that.
Bowex)Sian_Breacon: oh.... no.... you..... didn;t....
Bowex)Sec.E.Corbett: Mmm, perhaps something in between ?
Bowex)Sec.E.Corbett: Very hard to tell..

Bowex)Junko.Sanada: You want to be in trouble, Corbettu?
Bowex)Sian_Breacon: Watch your back, Corbett.... watch it very carefully...
Bowex)Sec.E.Corbett: *narrows his eyes* That did in a way sound like a confirmation to my suspicions on whether you are female or male *grins*

Not only did Corbettu assimilate Breacon with an object by using the term "it", thus giving a hint about how he considers our gender, but he also never bothered to apologize. Even worse; by implying it was "this time in the month", he shifted the responsibility for his acts to us, when Breacon-san is the victim in this obnoxious affair.

I'm disappointed to witness such an intolerable behavior. Bowex is getting close to Samura's standards if that kind of behavior is accepted.

I stall stand against this. I demand public apologies from Corbettu-san along with a poem written by himself, where he will praise the beauty of the women working in Bowex. He would have to write at least one paragraph about Sian.

The Goddess in the sky has spoken.

A man resting his head in his hands appears on screen. You can see him squinting hard towards his monitor, most probably in a futile attempt to understand what he is reading. Dark bags hang underneath his eyes and his hair looks as if it had last been combed around the time the sleeper ships arrived to Sirius.

He lifts his head and one of his hands slightly as he rather abruptly starts speaking, his pointer finger happily following in rhythm with his raspy baritone:
"Right! Mandatory employee sensitivity courses for everyone! Just learned I can do that, to be perfectly honest."

The finger ceases its dance as he directs it towards a poster that's just slightly out of view.

"Says there it's 5 hours per day, 7 days per week - without pay, naturally - of the most wonderful teamwork and co-operation exercises. Sounds absolutely riveting, captivating and otherwise fun! Hope ExSec enjoys it."

His face contorts into a devilish grin for a few seconds, before swiftly returning to his old tired expression.

"Carina, Regina, Imperatrix. Chaps and chapettes!"

  1. An initial sum of 50 million credits shall be placed in the winnings pot by the Firm.
  2. Employees may purchase as many tickets as they wish, at the cost of 10 million credits per ticket. The fee must be sent to the holding account on Bowex)Meles.Regalis.
  3. On the last day of each month, a prize draw will be held by Human Resources to randomly determine the winner. The bearer of the winning ticket shall receive the prize pot*.

In addition to the above, a new bonus has been instated to further reward exemplary conduct. The Public Relations bonus will be awarded for actions that either reflect exceedingly well upon the Firm in the public eye, or otherwise discredit and embarrass our rivals. The award of this bonus and the magnitude of its payment is down to manager discretion, so be sure to notify your line manager via the InfoNet of any incidents you feel should qualify!

Well, hello my dear collegues,

Well, first of all, to those who are curious or in some way concerned - Sian and I are getting along quite well, despite what you all may think. So well in fact, I am inviting her to sit right next to me during the damn courses!

I do believe the courses will be quite benefitial for Miss Junko though. She seems very aggressive - always threatening me, same with Cardas it would seem. Which reminds me, if you think I'll be the one the pirates are going to want to go after - think again. With that loud mouth sexbot as your co-pilot, I am pretty sure the pirates are going to ignore everyone but you. As a matter of fact, I am looking forward to flying with you again, you'd make for good bait.

Evenin' guv.

So, bit of a nuisance in Omega 3. There's a pirate operating out of the Freeport called Silent.Scorpion who's been harassin' our transports. Slippery little git that uses a cloaking device. Sian gave me a shout as she was coming back through from Rheinland, acting as a security detail for an independent contractor called Heldorius who Scorpion had previously done over. I left from me base of operations in Cambridge to meet them in '7. On the way through, I passed Scorpion outside the Freeport, where he'd been picking fights with passing patrols and hiding inside the No Fire Zone in order to scope out targets.

After meeting the convoy, I took the lead for the journey back through '3. I was tipped off by another nearby transport that said Scorpion was still hanging around outside the Freeport. I arrived a moment later to verify he was still loitering there, and redirected the convoy around the Freeport and past Sprague. I engaged in conversation so's to occupy the pirate's attention, 'cos I didn't want him to go flying off and looking for the transport. At this point, Scorpion became all hostile-like, and attacked me outside the Freeport claiming it was 'his turf'. I proceeded to kick seven shades of Sunday out of him in self-defence.

Anyway, this all took place between 3-5k from the Freeport. The Clydesdale BES Quentin Pelham then turned up to try and work out just what the hell was going on given that I was reading as engaged in combat. Scorpion immediately switched targets and attacked him. Silly bugger apparently wasn't prepared for a kitted out war Clyde, and ended up fleeing with his tail between his legs a few moments later. I ordered weapons cold at that point, seeing as he was running to the Freeport and attempting to use the superstructure as a shield while his cloak charged.

Not really wanting to damage the station or piss off the Zoners too much, we let him go. Either way, we need to get this fella sorted out (yeah, that's you management lot's job). He's attackin' our blokes from the Freeport's bays, and hiding behind the Zoner's skirts to avoid reprisals. In any case, I don't rate his shooting, so as long as we can stop him cloaking, ExSec should be able to finish the job in extremely short order. It's just the issue of the Freeport that concerns me.

The Convoy moved from New London to New Berlin carrying a mixture of Gold Ore and Alloy, we proceeded via the Omega systems and returned with Light Arms for the war.

Convoy Incidents :
Because of an Ion storm our Convoy way delayed at New Berlin, however this gave everyone the opportunity go get some well earned rest. Shopping, dining, sightseeing and relaxing in Spas were the activities of choise for the convoy members.

The jourrney itself was unremarkebal, only the marketing actions in front of New London and New Berlin were nice distractions.
A small incident occured when the Johnson had engine problems and had to repair them before continuing on the journey. The convoy halted at freeport to allow him to catch up and the time there really made the SecEx escort uneasy.

After selling the gold ore in New berlin 3 ships decided to continue trading on their own in the Reihnland systems, the rest loaded up with side arms and proceeded back to New London. In Cambridge we met James Piett, a member of the royal family and 2 important Kusari exiles and proceeded with them to New London. there James Piett had to leave but we promised to deliver a load of the best gin in Bretonia and a golden crest to him in Liberty.

Convoy Information :
The Convoy moved from New London to New Berlin carrying Gold Ore, we proceeded via the Omega 3 and 11 systems and returned with Light Arms for the war and the crew of the BowEx Sassoon.

Convoy Incidents :

The jourrney itself was unremarkebal, at least concerning influences like ion storms or pirates. From inside our convoy however something tragic happened. The Captain of the BowEx went insame.
At the start of our journey in the New London system we met an Kusari freighter. Captain Bellock broadcasted his (very racist ideas) about the Kusari over the whole system and demandes the death of the crew and the destruction of the freighter.

During the journey he developed the idea of flying into Kusari space and broadcasting his ideas there, however combined the first mate of his ship (Pete Wate), the Captain of the Johnson and I managed to talk him out of it. He seemd calmer and normal after that.

However after selling the gold ore in New Berlin we were on our way to the Ring to loaded up with side arms. Thereby we found a Rheinland Battlecruiser, who was docked at the Ring. Luckily the crew was on leave in New Berlin. Luckily I say because Captain Bellock lost control and started attacking the Battlecruiser with everything the guns on his ship gave.

While I contacted the authorities and explained the situatiion the Captain of the Johnson contacted the first Mate of the BowEx Pete Wate and empowered him to take out the Captain. The Captain was caught and thrown into the brick. We left the system shortly afterwards and proceeded back to New London. There the Captain was brought to a specialiced facility on New London. We wish him for his recovery all the best.
