Command,

My mission for the day was to patrol the Liberty systems and inspect passing ships for contraband. In the course of that mission, I encountered a ship of the New Down organization - Mutual.Aid. During the search, only Neon legal to carry was found in its hold. The captain said he was planning to head toward the House of Kusari, so I offered to accompany him, to which he agreed. We did not encounter any criminal ships during the flight, so I escorted him to the Kepler system and then left at the gate to Shikoku.

I then returned to the New York system and received a report of an Outcast ship orbiting the planet Manhattan - MNS-Mannaro. As it turned out, it was their cruiser. Three bombers and one battlecruiser from the Liberty fleet had arrived to intercept it. I acted as an interceptor in case the enemy small ships arrived, but that didn't happen: during a brief battle our forces prevailed, after which everyone went back to their standard tasks, and I - to the battleship Missouri, where I am now refueling my ship and waiting for a standard technical inspection.

All necessary attachments and black box negotiations are attached.

Command,

My assignment today was combat duty off the battleship Missouri, the point of which was to respond to any calls of engagement in the New York system: my commanders had indicated that there might be a spike in criminal activity in the coming days, and so I and the other pilots were acting as a reserve for fleet and Liberty police patrols. While on duty, I received an urgent call from a fleet patrol force that was already doing battle off the planet Manhattan, and so I immediately moved out to help.

Upon arrival, I found the following enemy forces:
  • Thunor - Rogue bomber
  • PLF/Freedom.Shield - Zoner Q-ship
  • PLF/Innocent.Action - Zoner Q-ship
  • MNS-Genovese - Matlese cruiser "Storta"
  • Ajax-2 - CZ-series bomber

As the battle began, my ship's systems failed, but I later joined the battle, providing cover for allied ships from enemy bomber fire. During the engagement, our forces prevailed over the enemy, destroying all enemy ships.

Considering the condition of my ship, I made the decision to immediately return to the battleship Missouri for a full technical examination of my ship: such shutdowns can be fatal, and so I am now on the battleship, where my fighter is preparing for a full analysis of all its systems.

Video and black box data attached.

P.S.: Some of the necessary ship images and scan data were lost due to my own fighter's failure. After a complete maintenance check, this should not happen again.

Command,

My assignment for the day was to patrol the Pennsylvania system to offer assistance to any individuals that were just beginning to take their first steps in the Sirius sector. One of those individuals happens to be the pilot of a frigate Interstellar_INC_S1, it was in the system's ice field. Running a standard scanning procedure revealed that the ship was carrying the usual Helium prey. I offered to help and gave him some advice on how to proceed in the Sirius sector. During this process, I accompanied the pilot on his first space trade operations.

After that he decided to contract for a new ship, I took on the role of guide. We parted ways at the Baltimore shipyard, after which another patrol took him in for further assistance. I went to the battleship Missouri for a standard refueling and technical inspection.

Ship scan data, video clips and black box information are attached.

SUBJECT: Standart New York patrol - 2 civilians scanned, one Rogue destroyed

Command,

My task for the day was to patrol the New York system: during the standard briefing, it was stated that there was increasing pirate activity related to this and this messages, and so I needed to check every passing ship, as well as, along with other fleet patrols, inspect every trade line in the central Liberty system.

During my patrol I did a standard scan of two civilian ships, one of which was carrying 3 Xenos pilots. This civilian claimed to have taken part in a battle against the Xenos not too long ago, where he gained the upper hand and was going to deliver the criminals to the planet Manhattan. Since his ship had no criminal activity, I seized the pilots and headed towards the battleship Missouri, as the prisoner delivery routine dictates.

While traveling toward the battleship, I detected a Rogue ship Nothing.To.See.Here that identified itself as a Synth Foods vessel and also demanded 200,000 credits that my encounter with him would have no effect on the Fleet's reputation against that corporation. I ordered him to disable his shields and abandon ship for further interrogation on the battleship Missouri, however he refused to cooperate and attacked me. During a brief battle I managed to overpower the pirate and then continued on to the Missouri, where my ship is currently undergoing full repairs, refueling and a standard maintenance inspection.

The Xenos pilots were also taken to the battleship safely. All photo materials and black box data are attached.

Command,

My assignment for the day was to patrol Liberty space, where I was to conduct scans of all passing ships, as well as inspect the trade lines of our systems for criminal elements.

The first ship scanned was a Cryer Coporation vessel - Cavell whose scans found no illegal materials on board. The scan also included an interview with the ship's captain, during which he responded that he was delivering cargo to an installation in the Magellan system. After that, I met with the Commander of our fleet - Antoine Duhamel. We formed a patrol group, in which he took command, and we proceeded to the Texas system, during which inspection we found no suspicious activity and had an off-duty conversation of a personal nature.

We then proceeded to the New York system, where we detected a hostile signature on our sensors - it was a Rogue cruiser Jolly_Swagman which moved in direction to the Jersey Debris Field. We decided to make an immediate landing on the battleship Missouri, then move out toward this wreck field for a further operation to capture this ship. Our firing contact took place at the Rochester Junker Station, during which we overpowered the enemy and proceeded toward the planet Manhattan for emergency repairs.

Before landing on the planet, I also inspected the Orbital Spa and Cruise Corporation ship, the Masquerade. During the inspection, I also clarified his flight path, the final point of which happened to be the Coronado system. According to regulations, I warned the captain about the dangers of flying outside of trade lines, and also learned from him about pirate activity in the Texas system: some time earlier we had seen a 46th Fleet cruiser, the Gibraltar, returning toward Norfolk Shipyard with serious damage. The corporate captain indicated that a cruiser of that fleet was in combat with an Outcast cruiser in that system, but alas, he was unable to provide detailed information about the pirate vessel: at that moment, its priority was to immediately withdraw from the battlefield in order to protect its own passengers.

All photo and video fragments, as well as data from the black box are attached. Antoine's photographic equipment was out of order at the time of the patrol, but since we were conducting a joint sortie, all the attached material can also be used in his report.

Reporting in,

Normally matters relating to SAR operations would be submitted via the proper channels, but circumstances today quickly elevated themselves past typical Search and Rescue.

Pensacola departed Norfolk not long past the hour, systems green and equipment and supplies stocked. Aside from an odd occurrence as we were preparing to depart for Magellan, all was relatively quiet.

We arrived at Cordoba and took up alongside the freshly captured Battleship Discovery, and quickly saw to the wounded. Teams aboard rounded up 63 wounded, and reported 19 fatalities, including the ship's CO. Casualties were brought aboard to stabilize, with high-profile wounded set up in medical pods.
Once fresh escorts arrived, including Akhetaten from the 46th Fleet, we proceeded with towing of the ship through the way back to Norfolk. Pleased to report that no delays were sighted on the way, and Discovery was soon left in Norfolk's hands.

Following that delivery, one of our escorts of Witch Squadron reported a nearby Freelancer hauling illicit equipment, which appeared alien in origin. Witch pilot provided numerous opportunities for the Freelancer, but none were taken, and he soon engaged. During the fighting, an Outcast raider appeared, and promptly attacked the Witch pilot, bringing in our second escort. Pensacola evacuated to safe harbor before larger vessels could arrive.

We proceeded back to Norfolk for restocking and delivery of stabilized wounded.

I'm also very pleased to report that Pensacola recorded an impressive 367% engine core efficiency during our towing of the Discovery back to Norfolk. We had never had the opportunity before to test the ship's power before, but hopefully this will bode well for the future.

Sincerely,

Vivienne Clark

Yesterday at approximatly 1900 HRS SMT the Odyssey under my command joined up with the task force consisting of various elements of the Navy and Security Force to conduct reconnaissance in the system that was designated as the origin of the pulse that disabled most of the Sirian jump gate and neural net networks. After the final calibrations of the "Supergate" in the Alaska system were completed our task force jumped in and began scouting the area for answers. What we found within the system is extremely concerning. Upon arrival our vessels were almost immediatly came under fire by highly advanced alien weapon platforms. Theese structures were using long range weaponry unlike any other i've seen. They seem to be guarding some sort of central structure altough determning what that was or what the purpose of it is, was beyond the capabilities of our sensors at such a long distance. We also detected a large debris field and preliminary analysis confirmed it to be the remains of several vessels ranging from libertonian to gallian. How theese vessels ended up there is a mystery for now. Among the wreckage we detected the remains of two vessels in particular that raised questions and also answered others at the same time. Namely the wreckage of the Battleship Whitefield and Battleship Fairmont both vessels along with their entire battlegroups were MIA presumed destroyed with all hands lost during the Gallic war when the "Supergate" connection to the POOLE system was cut while the Whitefield and Fairmont along with their respective battlegroups were still in transit in 826 A.S. Scouting parties also reported wrecks that went missing during the Dallas incident some 300 years ago. This coupled with the fate of the Fairmont/Whitefield is extremely concering. Couple that with the fact that the pulse that caused mayhem with our interstellar infrastructure came from this system and we are facing a very real and very big threat.

I recommend and request that a special task force be created with elements of our R&D and NIS personell to continue the investigation of this system for more answers as this is more than likely just the tip of the iceberg.
If required the Odyssey can be used as an FOB or heavy escort vessel should you decide that another ship will be better suited as HQ. I also suggest contacting the rest of the liberty forces that were present in order to better organize our efforts.

That is all.

On october 9th 833 A.S. The Odyssey along with other elements from the 46th and 1st fleet( [LN] ) conducted a recon mission the Earhart system (see the previous AAR regarding the Uncharted system recon). Utilizing the docking bays of the ESSEX and Odyssey we brought with us a complement of fighter ships to act as escorts for the R&D freighters, after arrival we charted course across the system and found two anomalies that were stable enough for small craft to get through. Attached below will be the recon teams blackbox recordings. The recon team brought back with them various samples of minerals and biological organisms that a combined ESRD, R&D and RDI research team will be able to conduct experiments with. According to the reports from the recon team one of the systems they ventured into from Earhart was the same that the previous task force visited (for more information my previous AAR). After finishing up with gathering their samples the recon team returned and we charted course to an exit point we discovered to be leading to the Cortez System. During our journey we once again passed the Liberty battlegroups that have been decimated by the weapon platforms present in the system's central area and took a closer look at the wrecks. Namely the wreck of the Fairmont. Initial scans indicated that the ship in question while damaged, didn't recieve such devastating strikes from the alien platforms as the Whitefield or other vessels. A future recon team equipped with the required tools could board the vessel in order to secure any critical information still aboard as well as destroying crucial systems to avoid said information or our technology falling into enemy hands. If said operation is to take place a concern was raised by not only my crew but the rest of the recon team present regarding the remains of the crew that could be still aboard the vessel, and i whole heartedly understad and agree with their points. Should anykind of mission be conducted aboard the vessel or other ships part of the two battlegroups that survived in relatively good condition, we must prioritize the respectul handling and transportation of the remains back to Liberty in order to give the fallen a propper burial. To that end i recomend utilizing the 5th fleet's SAR division as they are the best suited for this task while NIS operatives from the R&D along with a contingent of marines conduct their mission of securing crucial information and technology still remaining aboard the Fairmont or any other vessel.

That is all.

Admirals,

Yesterday the Phoenix was alerted to an ongoing search for vessels belonging to the Blood Dragons in the Colorado system and deployed from Norfolk Shipyard to locate them. In short order when we arrived, the blockade was already in effect as we met an LSF battlecruiser at the gate on guard. Coordinating with the joint Navy-Security Force search, LSF agent Firefly reported contact at the planetoid Durango, two Blood Dragon fighters and a Dunlin-class vessel. We arrived on scene alongside the First Fleets Defiant. The Dunlin-class vessel, identified as Trader.Calico, claimed to be an LSF operative organizing a meeting between the LSF and Blood Dragons about a supposed imminent war with Kusari.

Baseless rumors aside, the Blood Dragons were escorted out, with the supposed LSF operative consistently complaining and whining about the lockdown, a result of his own negligence to even remotely inform the Navy of this meeting and once more reminding all branches of service why we have to have our own intelligence branches rather than rely on the LSF for anything useful. The operative refused to elaborate on, only claiming 'we've set them back years.'

It appears to me the Security Force is hiding something, and whatever it is, it's not good. While I am a mere Lieutenant, I am forwarding this as well to Rear Admiral Prower for Naval Intelligence to investigate. Something feels wrong about this and the LSF leaving the Navy in the dark about what is otherwise a breach of border security sounded more intentional than anything, but it's not my place to judge, but to report on what I saw.

Command,

During my patrol today, I had two incidents to report. I will go through them on a chronological order.

To begin with, I was patrolling around New York system, and came across a Zoner vessel, identified as [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben. He was discussing with another pilot near Planet Manhattan. After a discussion, I escorted it out of Libertarian space with Victoria Blake of the Navy Secundary Fleet, near California jump gate, in Cortez system. The interaction went smoothly, and I reminded the pilot that we cannot allow him safe passage in our space. I advised him to reach out to the government for a special permit to travel through our space.

The second incident was at the California jump gate, in New York. A technocrat identified as TFP)-Hellcat jumped in New York system, and immediately engaed Blake. Lots of ships arrived, and we got assistance to deal with the technocrat, as well as a Gaian fighter identified as SoftPaw, and a Rogue Super Heavy Fighter identified as Frank_Costello.

My ship was finally disabled by an Outcast fighter, identified as Nachtkrabb[404th].
