If you are unlawful in Liberty, and a lawful character runs into you, don't expect them to chat it up with you. They are there to get rid of you, one way or another, that is their proper RP.
I'm in the SCRA, and we get a <strike>welcoming</strike> hunting party every time we get in there, as well we should. A hostile force within their borders? Yep, you bet they're gonna be gunning for us. Difference is? After we die we don't come Q_Qing here. Why? Because there is nothing wrong with what they are doing. If you stepped foot into Omega-52 you can bet I'll evict you with everything I have at my disposal.
LN, good work as always. Keep it up.

No. What frustrates me Joker is that people assume, that after they have committed practically every crime possible based on the laws of Liberty, they expect the law enforcement to have a simple chat with them during an encounter. What frustrates me is that because the situation is not played out the way you want it to be played out, suddenly it is not called Role-Play anymore, it is called "looking to kill" or "PvP-whoring". However you want to label it, you seem to forget that the law enforcement are there to enforce the law, just as their name suggests. If your character is labelled a terrorist, if my orders are to shoot you on sight and if my character is a Liberty Navy, my Role-Play is to follow orders. I'm therefore to shoot you on sight as told.
Now Ensign Jennifer Kelly or Lieutenant Hank Kapinos or Sub-Lieutenant Damian Jones or whatever, may decide to have a chat with you for 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes or half-an-hour. I say. Good for them. That is their choice. But my choice is to shoot you on sight, as ordered by my superiors. Because Samuel Zanders is a fanatical Liberty soldier who will follow every order told to the letter. That is my Role-Play. Therefore, if I spot your vessel, I will state the necessary engagement notice and proceed to engage. Since as stated, five times already. That is my Role-Play. You might not like it. Understandable, but it's the Role-Play I will proceed to act upon. That is the consequence, of your decisions with your character to break the laws of Liberty.
This doesn't by any means point out that I'm ONLY looking to fight people. I have given plenty of people extra chances, fines or simply let them go if their stories makes sense. But in your particular case, you are labelled K.O.S. signed by the Fleet Admiral himself. Am I supposed to ignore my orders to satisfy your expectations or your wish how the situation to be played out, or am I supposed to act logically and follow the orders of my superiors? You make the decision.
Since you are so keen to think that I'm the only person agreeing on this line of thought. I will simply quote an outsider:

Continuing on Joker's quote: If you want I can get half our Faction to come here and give you their opinions. But you see, I don't rely on public support. The only reason I quoted the above statement is because you act like I'm the only person, who utilizes the logic of "law enforcement protecting the law in the interest of their house". I will get our Faction Leader to comment, just to prove to you that I'm not speaking on behalf of myself, I'm speaking on behalf of our faction.
The sun corona statements are based on personal experiences. You have during many different setups of combat done it. In fact I remember a recent fight where you had brought over 10 pirates with you to tackle us. We responded by bringing 10 pilots of our own. The minute you specifically was targeted, an attempt to head to the sun was made. We fortunately managed to kill you before you reached the corona but it proves that numbers are not what you take into consideration. It's when you feel we are a threat, that the decision to make yourself invulnerable is made. That is my conclusion to your decision of going there. So I don't care however you twist it, what I see with my own eyes, is what I'm going to believe.
I care about this Faction's credibility, look at some of the past Feedback posts, see how I dealt with Diabolicus who presented in a calm and orderly fashion a valid example of an [LN] member misbehaving. Look at how we processed the issue, and how I dealt with the situation. I'm not afraid to say I did something wrong. I never assume I'm always right. But I assume I'm more correct than someone else, when I feel my actions were justified and within the boundaries of logic that has been taught to me over the years in the [LN] faction.
I said only that I don't care what your opinion of "good Role-Play" is on this matter. That is what I meant by "I don't care". Because I can justify my kill on sight as much as you can justify your innocent attempts to come to Liberty's capital system in a war-vessel affiliated with a known criminal gang, "just to talk" with the law enforcement. Whose job is to protect the traders you are sitting there waiting to rob. And this is me excluding the five-hundred other laws you have broken.
Finally. If you are going to threaten me, feel free to bring these allegedly "50 people" to Liberty. I'm going to, whether you like it or not, shoot your character, based on the orders of my superiors. Regardless of what you think, regardless of how other [LN] characters approach you and regardless if you bring 10 or 50 thugs with you. I'm going to shoot you, because that is my Role-Play. Don't think you can threaten me, because I don't care how many you bring to Liberty.

Black Steel (The Professional) - This video is finished uploading by my friend. It shows how you actively ask the [LN] if you can shoot a pirate force OR a battleship thus you are suggesting if you should go shoot lower-class ships, why else would you bother making a distinction. It's like you are begging the question of firing on Fighters, and then proceed to say we tell you to do it. If you had a problem with it, why did you even ask in the first place? Oh I know, because you wanted the [LN] to say yes, just so you could come here and complain at us.
That mortar shot in addition to your constant responses to the [LN] in question shows how you also actively attempt to basically "piss her off". And then during a future encounter, where she asks you to go do something more constructive than sitting at Planet Manhattan commenting on Primary Fleet's behaviour, you have the guts to come here and say we order independents around. Not only that, but only screenshots from the later event were "conveniently taken" to make it look like Tia was hostile towards you without a reason. Make damn sure we will order -you- around if you act like that. But, I will deal with this in Role-Play, and your consequences will be received as such.

Sometimes I wonder if people wait until I've gone to bed before complaining in my feedback thread.
The Professional - you have no grounds to complain. Apparently you shot at the [LN] individual who was rude to you. That's plenty reason for them to be rude to you. It looks a lot like you have behaved in a way which is designed to provoke people into saying or doing things you can complain about. I find that rather daft. Please don't do it again.

- You were not issued orders by that ensign.
Joker - You don't only fly into the sun when you are over-matched. You flew into the sun when myself and two guardians of average skill were attempting to kill you and another gunboat. Ever since that incident I have said that we should have a cap on hand to deal with you flying into the sun if you start to do so.

Possible double post here... But honestly I don't give a damn. I will make this very very simple. Bitching at a faction is not giving feedback.
"I hate you and all your members. Go to hell because you ganked me. I am posting this because I am angry."
This is not feedback. Feedback is better phrased as follows:
"I think you handled this situation badly. The reasons I think it was badly handled are X and Y. You could do it better by acting in Z way. The reasons for this being better are blah and blah."
One is polite, the other is a massive and pointless flame.
Not all feedback needs to occur when you have just lost a fight with the [LN] or any faction that you are giving 'feedback' about. Not everyone who blows you up is a lolwut pvpwhore. Just because you exploded, doesn't mean the guy who did it is a worse player than you.
Just because someone is not roleplaying on your terms, does not make their roleplay bad. You cannot expect everyone to feed from your table and read from your script. This is the misconception that the majority of these "feedback" posts are born from.
If people refuse to give feedback which is worth a damn, then I see little point in keeping this thread open. I'll see how the next few days go in terms of whether or not you guys choose to simply use this thread as a "lets have free reign to flame the [LN]" thread or not.
The only real reason people bother with this feedback thread, is to look cool infront of an audience. Next week, when the "lets bash the LN" phase is over, it'll be someone else who's got millions of people in their feedback thread. And it'll be the same performance. The same people, probably... The only reason for it, is to make yourself look like more of a badass than the current establishment. That's all.

You people know the forum rules, you know the expected standard of behavior, and you're also expected not to break those rules in a thread that has had two moderator notices and a temporary lock in the last twenty four hours for precisely this behavior.
If I see another person trolling this thread, you will be, on gaining a needed 2nd opinion from another moderator/admin, temporarily forum banned for 48 hours.
We're not joking, we're not waving our hands in the air calling for you to stop. We're the cop with a gun and a twitchy trigger finger, and we will shoot if you make the wrong move.

Also how you treat the massive Amount of your independent Capital Ship Pilots, most of them are silly yeh, but I always see you trying to get the Best out of them.
