After several days of duty, I got some free time to do my reports. Firstly, I'd like to point out that we have been doing lots of patrol in the kyushu system and Leeds as well. We have stopped several transporsts going into Bretonia, and breaking the bloackade.
We had many battles against Blood Dragons, and GCs, but unfourtanely I didn't keep records of those.
Just a moments ago, a Kusari Battleship has been destroyed by a combined force of Blood Dragons, Novapgs, GCs, and Privateers. When I heard the news of the attack, it was too late, but I went to assist anyway, I found the retreating pirates in New Tokyo gate, in Kyushu. We fought, but a ion storm interrupted us.

On another note, yesterday we got a visit from Galia. A Gallic cruiser came in a diplomatic mission. Apparently, there is a Gallic Monarchy who threats the peace in Galia, and, according to the ambassador's words, it's threating to expand its domain outside of Galia.
To start friendly relationships with the gallics, the Emperor suggested them to hire Kishiro and Samura to start trading between houses. After that, the ambassador departed to the Taus, escorted by our forces.

Things began quietly; with my patrol beginning in honshu, i made my way back to the myoto.
A short while after entering shikoku i happened upon a blood dragon in a Nodachi; "Hirosho horatami" who was picking off police craft, and generally ruining my peaceful day.
Of course i began by asking their business, and asked them to release the pilots they were holding, but my requests were met with cold denial. Horatami then went on to suggest that the empire was based on assasination, defiling the names of samura and the knf; this would not do. We battled in the saiun cloud, with a swarm of ineffectual gc, dragons, ksp and bounty hunters dogging our steps. Horatami had me worried when their snac hit, and shields collapsed; leaving me open. But eventually, after an honourable duel, the nodachi was overcome by the speed of the chimera, and so i took to the prisoner to junyo; where i hear their case was pending; and Horatami was bailed. No doubt the dragon escaped custody, but we will find them another day, and convince them of the truth, to stop spreading their political lies. After releasing Horatami to the ksp, i found fathers watch whilst clearing out the ship; it was a poignant reminder of father, and of my duty to the empire.

Today was chaos, probably one of the longest shifts i've pulled in a while:
I take it that everyone now knows of the Council cruisers visit to new tokyo; and that we were blessed by the prescence of the Emperor!
Myself, Chusa- Hiroito, and Ikazuchi were all on patrol when the council ship arrived, and contact was initiated by "C|Pitard" to us: we took care to phrase ourselves politely, whilst awaiting the relevant governing bodies.
Despite being shocked silent with awe, i managed to record some data on the foreign vessells weapons.
During and preceeding that event, we did manage to speak to a few blockade runners and smugglers, the afa themselves helped with one "Lisa.Fergison", who was carrying software, in an img atlas trans. Others included a "Stark[T]" with software, who didn't seem to know it was a crime. And a "grim_raper" taking optronics to south-hampton in new london, (grim was destroyed by Horatami the dragon in kyushu on his way to bretonnia).
After the diplomatic talks excitement faded, i was left alone as comrades and sisters went to their homes. i then found the same dragon in kyushu, that i encountered previously: "Horatami".
Again, the nodachi could not stand against the chimera; but rather than destroy the ship, i asked the pilot to leave; which he agreed to. After all of the excitement, i need to blow off some steam.
I then had a very curious and energetic meeting with a pilot name "Steve", i will say more on this as things develop; however, i think steve is a potential doorway to information for us, and so i plan to continue that relationship, until i am ordered to cease by my C.O. Steve gave me a gift: a strange gem like stone, about the size of a fist, multi-faceted shining a brilliant yellow. It's one of the prettiest things i've seen to be honest, so i'm keeping it in my box on honshu for now; though i may ask someone in kishiro to take a look at it for me later: discreetly of course. Steve is a bashful sort, which some might fund unusual; I however, see it as an advantage which I intend to press.

Kyushu was full of traders, and transports going from New Tokyo to the Taus. Aboard of the Sakabatou, my special bomber from the Katana Wing, I stopped 2 transports carrying Military Vehicles, willing to pass to the Tau systems. One of these pilots, one by the name of Halogen1 scared of pirates, ran away from me thinking that I was some sort of a pirate. I followed him into Tau-29, where for his own will, he stopped his ship to talk to me. I explained to him what was the situation with that cargo, and how it was denied by our Legal Codex. Also, I was explaining him the requirements to get a Exporting licence, but unfourtanely, I didn't finish the conversation, because another trader came from the lane from Kyushu, carrying military vehicles as well. But this trader had no intention to stop, which forced me to pursue him, leaving Halogen1 alone. I recomend to contact Halogen1, to finish the transaction to get an Exporting licence.
The other transport, by the name of MEPHTA, ran into the Tau-31 jump hole, and from there, to Planet Harris. This man has to be put into the Kill On Sight list due to his deals with the bretonia's crown.

Back in Kyushu, I ran into another transport, by the name of Mr. Zoner, hauling 3000 light arms, heading to Tau-37. After a few words with him, he understood our position, and chose to change his cargo, for food rations, and headed back into New Tokyo.

A final transport was stopped, in front of Tsushima depot, with 1000 military vehicles on its hold. Once again, I explained the Legal Codex to this trader, and kindly, he accepted the facts, and turned his ship away.

Yesterday, we did a good strike to the Privateers, we found to Bowex ships, drove by privateers, flying through Kyushu. The small one managed to get away while we were dealing with the "Shrine". After we destroyed his cargo, I tried to force him to bring his buddy back, but the efforts were futiles, and we finnaly destroyed his ship.

Today, testing the Niigata, we ran into a couple of runners, trying to get into the Taus, breaking our laws about exports. Nothing that a few words, and a shocking gunboat couldn't solve.
After that, the Niigata ran again into another Bowex-privateer convoy, and once again the small transport got away with important cargo, while we destroyed the other one.
We let the pilot to leave alive, so he can tell to his partners, to stay out of Kusari.

Also, we met a smuggler flying in front of planet New Tokyo, holding 2200 units of cardamine, which we forced to drop and destroy in the spot.

That'd be all at the moment, I'm glad to inform that the gunboat Niigata is in optimal conditions, and fully operational.

Another succesful strike against the privateers, on board of the Niigata, I got a call from Kyushu, that a group of QCPs were attacking traders. When we got to the spot, we found a bomber and a fighter near the lanes. The battle started quick, our gunnes took down that bomber in a matter of seconds, but a QCP gunboat came to assist the remaining fighter.
We fought long, but the fighter factor tipped the balance onto their favor, even, we managed to hurt that gunboat bad, without that fighter we could have done it by ourselves. However, a =CR= squadron contacted us, offering their assistance against the privateers.
We dragged the QCPs close to the trade lanes, to make it easy for the =CR= to catch us up.
Soon as they arrived, we took down the GB, and the remaining fighter fled from the battle.

Yesterday, the IKN-Bakumatsu launched from planet New Tokyo, finding one Trident gunship belong to the Liberty Rogues, and another Trident gunship belonging to the Lane Hackers one ring from planet New Tokyo in direction to Shinjuku station. A samura convoy was threated by them, and we moved to engaged them quickly. However, those ships didn't represent a big menace to the Bakumatsu, one of them went down fast, and the other run away back to Liberty where they belong.

Today, the Niigata found a group of XTF ships attacking a zoner transport in the lane between Tsushima and Tau 29 gate. This group composed of two bombers, and 1 fighters were warned by me to leave to the Taus, on an attempt to protect the Zoner transport from a certain death if they attacked it instead of the Niigata.
Luckyly, those hotheaded outcasts attacked the Niigata instead of the transport, and it ran away.

The Niigata, managed to destroy both of the bombers, and a mammoth smuggler who assisted them. But the fighters was too small to conect a direct shot, and even worst, he called for backup. A third bombers from the same association came. We were close to destroy it, but the Niigata suffered heavy damage, and they gave it for destroyed.

We got towed to Tsushima, were the repair proccess started.

After making my way out from the Matsumoto things were quiet in the Core; then I reached
the Taus.
A slaver named "sux" fly in a mammoth toward the Tau-23 JH. I disrupted and attempted to
warn them of their actions, and to appeal to their conscience; but they were purely 'money
motivated' and so we opened fire; unable to damage the hulking mammoth: they escaped,
sending those poor souls to suffering.
The pilot apologised and tried to explain their business to me; but I cannot forgive such heartlessness.
I chased the next "Lord'IronTrader" through two systems, they answered me after a whole half systems' travel. They had Optronics from honshu, which they admitted were for New London:
I followed them to Stokes where they did not stop. Firing had little effect, since they were flying a rhineland Collosus train. They we're hiding behind an Ageira ID.
I will of course, continue my vigilance.

Earlier this morning, while patrolling tau's systems, I stumbled over 3 outcast pirates!
They comm IDs were
XTF Jesus, XTF Dodge and moonwalker. After asking them to leave, they refused, and engaged.
While some time fighting, I managed to neutralize Jesus and Dodge, till moonwalker managed to get away.
Jesus and Dodge are hold at Planet Tokyo, where they should be interrogate.

Later, that day, while I was returning to Tokyo system, one Outcast distrupted trade lane. It was Outcast Gunboat, named Bird of Prey.. After some talking, where he demanded pirate pilots from me, one more ship,
junker smuggler, with Comm ID Pseudo, came, and they both started attacking me! After long fight, and many holes in my gunboat, they were both rolling dead. Here is proof:

I found many action in the Kyushu system. Shameless smugglers dare to cross the gate from Tau 29 holding contraband, and they even think that we can not do anything to stop them. But, our efforts are being notice by them, at least those who we caught noticed it.
Arocio Xanthia hauling Gaian wildlife was crossing in front of planet Kyushu, the bandit tried to escape from my Sakabatou, laughing and taunting me, but in the end, he fell to my sword, and a Hogosha transport assisted me to rescue the Gaian wildlife.
An IMG transport, by the name of Transport.1 was caught carrying 4100 units of Counterfeit Software at the Tau 29 gate, the IMG pilot was forced to jetinson the cargo, and it was successfuly destroyed, for being a first offense this pilot was not fined, but it's his first and last warning to stick to our Legal Codex.
An outcast was spotted near planet Kyushu recently fighing against a Gaian, Aoyagi Ritsuka. This outcast belonging to the group XTF, faced me in an attempt to destroy my ship. But, I'm glad to inform that it was gunned down.
While the Niigata was heading to Hiroshima for maintenance, we found a pirate bomber attacking some traders at the lane to New Tokyo gate, once again, in Kyushu. Soon as we approached to the hostile, it started firing on us. But, the Niigata's gunners took it down quickly.
