RE: [Rant] The Death of RP - Mao - 05-20-2016

@OP: Sorry I like to treat this game with a high dose of realism. Sorry that my anti-terrorist character doesn't chat with terrorists about Liberty Ale and Rheinbier before engaging them.

You seem to have a misconception about what roleplay means. It's not chatting. It's behaving like your character would if everything was real. So no, you won't get your cardamine is bad type of chat from a navy pilot. Instead you're going to get blasted for being an Outcast. You can have a chat with allies or neutral faction players but don't expect that from an enemy... An enemy will try
a) to kill you
b) to run away from you (if you're better equipped)
c) to talk his way out of an impossible situation
d) to infect you Heart

Agree with Epo here. RP means playing a specific life of a character.
Anything I agree with is though, that it comes much too offen to a pew. Escaping seems to be a word noone knows or cares off. This "It's easier or cheaper to get killed, than trying to escape or avoid that it comes to a pew (not avoiding interaction)" is the real Problem that makes it sometimes impossible for me to get into the game as I wish to.

Roleplay no matter what is what I want to tell you.
