Hola amigos, this is Rosa Romà.

Today I have two reports to share. I decided to merge them together into one big report only.
The first subject I will adress is the escorting of a friend of ours. The second subject is about an equipment dealer I found out about in Bretonia.

Report #1 - Escort of (C~Euphrates

I saw (C~Euphrates on my scanners in Tau-23 while on patrol. He told be he was hauling workforce to Planet Malta and later he was gonna travel back to Liberty. Since he was alone I decided to escort him to make sure his travels went safe.

The trip to Malta was quick, he was already near Omicron Alpha after all. He delivered the workforce to Malta and proceeded to fill up his ship with Cardamine to take to Liberty. The load up was fast, since there were already people waiting for him.

Subsequently we started our trip to Liberty. The whole trip was uneventful, especially thanks to (C~Euphrates himself who knew a secret path to reach his destination. We arrived to New York and the Cardamine was delivered to Buffalo base.

Report #2 - Equipment Dealer in Bretonia

Last time I was in Malta I got some interesting information from one of our Outcast amigos, in the bar, named Hernesto. Ever since the Maltese Nation and Bretonia started making some deals, he and his friends have been traveling around Bretonia often. He told me that they found a Equipment Dealer in New London that was producing and selling high-quality equipment to any Outcasts that visited his base, this caught my interested so I decided to pay a visit to that base.

I arrived to Bretonia and went to the location that Hernesto told me. The base's name is Secret Valley Workshop located in E3

Hernesto wasn't lying. This base has a lot of interesting equipment ranging from CODENAME guns for Heavy Fighter, Light Fighter, Bomber guns and more...

We are to remain calm on this, and collect more pieces of this whole mess, to get to truth.

Now, recently, we got a new recruit within our ranks. He is of Rheinland origin, an ex Hessian. We did talk with him in front of Malta. I as well got in contact by one of Ossari's personel, who shared me disturbing news. Ossari has been missing.

This is Rosa Romà reporting about the recent exploration mission of Lorraine system that I've participated with (C~Gabriel.Thorne. Gabriel told me to meet with him in Lorraine on Torino Base in sector G-6.

Torino Base is on a very thick Nebula, so in the beggining we could not see anything 100 meters in front of us, so our first objective was to get out of there and once we did we saw a freaking giant Planet right in front of us! If we were distract we could easily have entered its atmosphere.

The planet's name is Nancy, located in sector F-5. Bellow I will upload some basic information we extracted.

After circling around Planet Nancy we got an excelent unobstructed view of the system and we noticed that there were a lot of Planet in sight, more than you'd expect compared to previous known systems.

We spotted a Gallic Navy Base near the Planet Mirecourt in sector F-3. We didn't go near it so we wouldn't be spotted by nearby patrols.

Our next discovery was a trade-lane system. In the center there was a Gallic Police base named Metz Station on sector 3-D-F. We followed the path of the trade-lane to the East side of the system, keeping a safe distance not to alert hostile patrols, and when we reached the end of the trade lane we found a Jump Gate leading to Lyonnais on sector F-1.

We then proceeded to explore the large nebula on the East and found an hostile base, named "Thionville Base" in sector G-3, which we assume must belong to some kind of unlawfull group in Gallia. Afterwards we headed to the Asteroid field on the West of the Jump Gate to Lyonnais and found another hostile base named "Verdun Base" in sector C-2, also most likely belonging to an unlawfull group.

The next path we took was to the south of the Asteroid field. We reached the other end of the Trade-lane system and found a Jump Gate to Champagne protected by a Gallic Navy Battleship in sector B-2. We couldn't syphon any usefull information from the battleship, any signals we could intercept were encrypted has expected.

Afterwards we moved into the huge asteroid field and after a long and boring search we finally found the first Jump Hole in the system, The jump hole lead to Champagne and is located in Sector C-6.

On our way back to Torino Base we were lucky enough to come across another Jump Hole directly on our path. It was a nice coincidence. The jump hole to Lyonnais is on sector F-7.

The Lyonnais jump hole is around 15K away from Torino Base. Two minutes after finding the Jump hole we reached Torino Base and docked.

There's a last bit of information I want to share. during our travels around Lorraine we came across a bunch of wrecks. (C~Gabriel.Thorne salvaged a lot of materials from them, including some Data files from a Gallic Police fighter wreck. I'm sure he'll share more info regarding the wrecks on his report. Roma already relayed most of the information, I'm just here to share a few details. As you already know, the operation went without a hitch and minimal resistance from the native forces, lawful or otherwise. I was skeptical at first, but I guess the Nation didn't make a mistake in establishing a presence in Lorraine. But let me get to the point straight away.

Firstly, the stripping of several wrecks in the system produced quite a few pieces of weaponry. I don't think these will lead to any groundbreaking technological advances, but I thought our boys from the Terminus division would like to have a look at them anyway. They've been sent towards Eridu on a freighter earlier. Enclosed in this message is the full list of the equipment we acquired.

Secondly, and lastly, one of the wrecks we encountered was transmitting a signal, the ship presumably destroyed shortly before our arrival. I took the liberty of downloading all the data from its black box, most of which came out as garbled nonsense, probably due to the damage it suffered. All except one databank. Streaming the data over the relays as we speak.

The information is heavily encrypted but otherwise uncorrupted. I got some tech freaks to look at it, and they've been able to intuit that its probably classified information on the surrounding systems. They haven't been able to break the encryption however, I'll leave that to our boys from the Silver Sun.

That is all for now, I'll be visiting our Compound construction site to check on the progress, at the behest of some of my colleagues. I wouldn't have done it, but they asked nicely.

A quick rundown of the situation. By the Silver Sun Directive O-77, I've been stationed in the Liberty star cluster to observe and relay any worthwhile information, and to keep an eye out on our assets in the area. As I was making my way to Buffalo to meet one of my contacts, a bounty hunter intercepted me. I was able to play to his greed, while simultaneously provoking a group of unaffiliated civilian pilots into attacking him. As I was getting him to agree to a bribe, one of the civilians attacked him, and I managed to slip away while they were busy. One other unaffiliated pilot followed me from this point forward. I had given a quick thought to terminating him, but I decided to speak with him first, see if I could learn anything worthwhile. Blackbox recordings are being streamed with this transmission.

We arrived at Beaumont shortly after. We chatted for a while, the usual "What are you all about" questions, my vague answers, et cetera. However, shortly into the conversation, the bounty hunter from earlier, who apparently survived his encounter with the hostile Freelancer that jumped him, was offering me a deal over a secure channel, in exchange for ratting out the pilot I was conversing with. I wasn't impressed at first, however, at the mention of Ossari, our missing asset, I decided to entertain him. So I simultaneously spoke with both of them over different channels for a while, extracting information from the hunter, and keeping the unaffiliated pilot busy along the way. Having finally extracted the information, I thought it prudent to offer the pilot a tip that a bounty hunter is now coming to get him. A merciful, if somewhat unprofessional gesture. Needless to say, he wasn't happy, no good deed goes unpunished.

As his attention was drawn by the Junker, I used the chance to slip away and head for New York, where I did a fair bit of sweeping over the system. Looking for an Ossari-sized needle in a New York sized haystack. However, a signal interrupted my routine as I was passing by Buffalo. I tracked the signal, cracked some firewalls, and voila - Ossari's distress call originating from Fort Bush. I made my way there, as fast as possible, and it wasn't long before I found Ossari floating around in a crippled ship. I sacrificed some of my nanobots to get his ship to a working condition, and he was eventually able to engage his engines and fly towards Rochester, stop for a quick repair, and onwards for a Cardamine fix on Cochrane. He was in a dazed, shocked state, and herding him in the right direction proved a bit challenging. Not too much, though.

As for the Ossari, after meeting up with Hamilton in Tau 29, we've reached out Beholder One in Coronado and after that, we escorted Ossari back to Malta, where he is currently recovering from the shock caused by the lack of his regular Cardamine dose. I hope he will be able to continue his work on the project soon.

Upgrades to our arsenal are always welcome, though I have to emphasize how unwelcome it would be to antagonize the Rheinwehr just to acquire their technology. It would simple and quick, yes, but counterproductive in the long run, for a multitude of overlapping reasons.

It's no secret that the Maltese have made efforts to reach out to the Rheinland authorities, and for good reason. The Corsair menace is growing in power with each day, and would be far more problematic, if not for the opposition of the Rheinwehr to their expansion. I believe that it's in our best interests that this opposition continues, that we do not interfere with their strike forces, or otherwise sabotage Maltese relations for short-term gain. It is absolutely essential, however, that no side gains dominance over the other, and that a precarious balance of power is maintained in the Omicron wilderness. For the time being.

I propose the following. If our friends from Das Wilde are truly willing to expend influence on our account, then let them facilitate an outreach towards the Rheinwehr and against the Corsair threat. Perhaps organize an accidental alliance against our common foe, a chance encounter in the Omicrons where we might gain their trust through laser diplomacy. That way, we may gain everything, and lose relatively little - in the long run.

That is my opinion on this matter.

Gentlemen,

I've analyzed the transmission contents that you presented Jared and my personal inquiry on the matter, would be diplomacy firsthand. If the possibility for us to obtain a new ally is viable, I say we grasp it. Of course, if the ally can be a reliable resource and not to become an obstacles in our activity. I tend to agree to the points that mr. Hussaini stated, I support the idea.

In these times of conflict and sudden changes, we need as much assets and to spread our influence as much as we can. So far it served us well and it was effective.
