This message better be coming through because this time. I'm unable to come over there myself.

If you've got an ear as good as we have, it happened. I didn't realise how soon it would happen, but we knew it was going to happen; and thankfully we prepared for it. The Imperial forces didn't seem to expect this much of a resistance (And in a matter of fact, neither did I) as we've got Federalist rallying to the ex-restricted zone of Thuringia in an attempt to help civilians, federal government and armed forces rally some sort of cohesive network.

Thankfully the BDM has played a key role in this, and as such I've got a majority of them at my fingers to ensure that traffic carrying evacuees reaches our fortress world of Weimar. As our contacts in Liberty, I want you to take note of a few things. Recently we've come into contact with parties we wouldn't have expected to even bother shaking hands with because of conflicting corporate interests within the government, so as of now I think its more than important that I start by giving you a list of affiliations within Rheinland that split us into these to parties. With what the Imp's have done, I call it 'Royally Fucked', but its beyond that by a long shot. Hamburg is losing agency-contacts by the day with imperialist suppression teams forcing our network to go dark. So as of this moment I seriously recommend that you avoid the border worlds that connect to the Hamburg region. If Rheinland Military aren't going to suppress the Unioners out there, its going to be nothing short of a shit-storm divide. If you need to physically get to us then I would advise you use the Puerto Rico system as an entrance to the Thuringia System, I'll have our early warning systems look out for you.

I'd say good luck, but I have to keep that on the reserve for us.

We did hear it happen, it's nearly impossible to not hear the Unioner filth losing their minds over small victories, so something as big as civil war in Rheinland has made them the equivalent of apes in rapid order. It is pleasing to hear that your forces have networking, and if you should need assistance in the terms of networking, we would be elated to help. Evacuating Civilians is a priority, and we fully support you in this.

In the interest of providing support, we require unlimited access to the Thuringia system. We are an organisation fed on intelligence, and we need relatively safe space to traverse deeper into Rheinland. You also mentioned that you have been transporting civilians there, so I do not see any reason why this should be an issue. We cannot act on our own aid without these accesses, whether the nature of our own stubbornness or not. A Federal society would surely understand this, that trade is the foundation of stability, and that stability is what keeps the nation strong. All in all, we think that access to this system and the locations of interest within are not unreasonable requests when thinking about the greater crisis happening around us. This choice is, however, entirely up to you.

Also, your list of Active Combatants is appreciated. We now have our list of targets. If you need help, simply reach out to us. We've expected major offensives from the Unioners for some time, yet this is utterly disgusting. I've spoken with the security officials concerning your access to Thuringia, we're currently not able to grant you "Unlimited" access to all locations in the system. While our security teams may grant you access to areas open for civilians and visitors along with supplying you with a secluded staging ground upon the surface of Weimar, Major parts planetside and within the system are still currently restricted; We've only opened these civilian regions due to more-than-obvious emergency measures. Regarding you assistance for networking and support, Its well appreciated but we've got it sorted out. Our infrastructure here is brand new thanks to investments the prior year by the Federal agency, we're still open to general trade and supply purchases from the Lane Hackers but there is one request I would like to make regarding hardware along with using a few favours I've built up.

Recently we've had an overview of our doctrine of warfare with our current inventory of vessels, we're now looking at alternative approaches to the ironclad and brute force approach that our Daumann supplied vessels had. And since we're no longer under the previous conflicts-of-interests held by the now imperial corporations, we're requesting if the BDM| could obtain a pair (2) of modified LHX9-G8S "Interloper" Class Gunships. And what I mean by "Modified" is that I'm very much aware a companion of mine led a project on your engine design, we wish to ensure long-term operations of our ships within our fleet. So the standard specifications are:

Installation of a civilian engine prior-to-transfer
Removal of proprietary Lane Hacker communication, navigation and observation electronics from the vessel.

Even if these ships are damaged or second hand, I'm sure our engineers will be capable for tackling any dents to get them up and combat-ready.

Direktor, that request caught us off-guard. The Lane Hackers do not have compatible technology protocols with the BDM. It would take us months to establish one such, and at that time the result in Rheinland would be pretty much decided. Furthermore, we need as many forces as possible in our assaults against the Unioners in Bering. I can assure you the Interlopers would be far more useful to you if they remain in the Tanner Belt front.

However we are ready to deliver 50,000 units of Counterfeit Software to Planet Weimar. We understand that the loss of Trade Lane Network has rendered you blind, and you now have to care for a civilian population too, whose needs are far more different than soldiers. But in order to do such, we would require you to add ourselves onto your Accepted Docking Codes. The Marinenachrichtendiensts can dock on our bases, but we remain blocked from your stations.

It'll take some time before we update our automated defence systems with the identification listings, but they'll get done soon. While normally I would argue about the distribution of illegal software but I've not got any time or need to be picky, there is still civilian demand for the usage of software access so this would help intensively for people who wish to return to regular IT life... Or at least as close as to normal as they can get.

You may operate in Hamburg against imperial assets but be warned that our support network there is limited and we lack any sort of installations for resupply locally within that system. I can't guarantee your safety within that region.

Now concerning the interlopers, let me clarify the usage of these ships. Our R&D department is only obtaining the skeletonized variant of the vessel for experimentation for a new combat form suitable for agency operation, but this means that the requirement for the Lane Hacker shipbuilders to figure out the installation of Marinenachrichtendiensts standard technology isn't present. If a negotiation can be made regarding these though, I'd like to hear it.
