Well then I think plan C is in order now then.
Plan C is getting the Whale able to dock in house space as I said before so that we don’t have to use contractors
OR
If I can do a social request for our specific ship names on our Whales to be able to dock anywhere and if need be I would gladly pay a monthly fee to make this possible
Hopefully I won’t have to go to plan D
(Not sure what plan D is yet though)

You can do that, it would require you and your members to RP and make your faction official, which is something ZoG doesn't seem to be willing to do. But you def could do that, check OSI for example.
