RE: Development Discussion: Gallia - Czechmate - 03-16-2022 Yeah there's no story to retcon of significance regarding Zurich anyways - extend the Zois and make it a shared buffer system more, Cologne is fully in Rheinland's hands now anyways. Languedoc Things from me as I play in the system more than anyone else in the game: 1) IDF Jump hole ends in a weird place that doesn't correspond to where it is in IDF - you appear at different "end of the system" I know it's space but it's still a headfuck when looking at map 2) Nebulae are amazing, have things to explore, wrecks, are well varied - I'd definitely keep those as they are, good job on those, nice wrecks, graphics etc. 3) Number of bases I use every single one, they seem to have a purpose, I could see Nimes + Lodeve being merged, it's hard to remember to tell them apart even though I spend so much time there. Rest have been very useful. 4) The Montbrison Prison station should get docking for transports so Navy RP transports can dock, get criminals commodity etc. now it's useless for that purpose as it's undockable for transports 4) End of tradelane straight directed at planet sucks 5) Cut down to 3 tradelanes on main traderoute, 4 is bad/an overkill Could be even cut down to 2 main ones with dead ends 6) LOVE The random drop idea - however experimental things like this I'd like to see in Champagne or Orlenais. Why? They don't lead through major traderoutes, I really think you can go nuts with weird stuff so people have a reason to visit them, rather than boostin languedoc that has plenty of sights and bases and wrecks and a mining area already. Nebula on one side asteorid on the other side yes RE: Gallic Development - Information & Feedback - Czechmate - 03-16-2022 (03-16-2022, 01:10 PM)Redcroft Wrote: Dont know if this idea is good r bad but how about instead of many fields and nebulas make just two large ones? Please don't Brixton, 23 Hole, Lavars and Orkney nebulae are all very unique with their history and are being used, they all have their unique graphics and purpose and actually are what makes the system interesting and fun to use. They really make using Languedoc unique/ a treat, to fly through. The one that is kinda bland is Lozere Asteroid Field - the one I wouldn't mind being messed with and/or merged (keep the important corse wrecks however) |
