Another patrol has revealed

An Individual called Texas, who after my initial scan, had nothing on his vessel, but was piloting a Pirate tech vessel which is illegal in Liberty. I dont think he believed me to be honest so he was fined 5,000 credits and was told to replace the vessel if he wants to come to Liberty again.

A detailed log and visual evidence are supplied

Admiral,

As requested by Commodore Harrison, our Raptor squad is now making patrols in Texas and surrounding areas, and making sure we try to keep our borders safe.

I received a distress cal from Viper-2 who had identified an Auxesian vessel within New York and was in pursuit of it.

I confirmed that I was able to take over the pursuit as I was in Vesspucci doing a patrol, and Viper-2 Confirmed he was heading there.

I have visual evidence of the hostile who was asked to stop several times and he did not comply to anything and remained silent and running. He made his way to Kansas, where we thought he may have been approaching the Quantum facility, but he proceeded to make his way to Vespucci and I was able to take over pursuit, but lost sight of him as he entered Vesspucci. I proceeded to stay close to the Luxury Liner in Vespucci and make contact with Raptor-2, who also lost contact with the target.

With regards to Operation Hammerfall, this is our first succesful sighting of a hostile Auxesian vessel within Liberty, and we will be following up on this sighting and making our patrols more frequent.

I hope this information has been useful in our operation, and I can assure you the Raptors will fulfill their objectives.

Admiral,

Nothing serious to report on my travels today, and my first patrol and all seems well, but I have included my sightings for the time being and am instructing all Raptors to database every sighting in Liberty now that is stopped and scanned so we can keep track of the ones who comply and the ones who do not comply.

No black box logs have been submitted but visual evidence has been and also Argento and BargainingShip were warned about carrying the wrong classifications of cargo as in passengers / human cargo and no further action taken and these two will be under watchful eye in the future to make sure they are complying.

Admiral,

NHI-T>El.Correu was my scanned vessel as I entered the Pennsylvania system, and the scan revealed his cargo was fine, but unfortunately his vessel was of Gallic Black Market origin.

Hence a fine of 20,000 Credits was received and he was told to replace the vessel, if he wants to enter Liberty again.

Previous report on an NHI vessel

Due to the previous report had been filed, and also that particular vessel was told to get rid of the Black market vessel, It appears time for a communication to be sent to New Horizon Industries, and inform them of the situation, and how they are going to resolve this.
I have contacted Commodore Libby Harrison, to communicate with this organisation to resolve this problem.

Well it has been a while and I am back from my extended leave with yet another capture of illegal passengers on a Heavy Transport.

The individual Wedge_IV, passed me in the lane from Norfolk to Fort Bush and he gladly stopped at the end of the lane after he was hailed to stop.

He then proceeded to tell me he was a Freighter, of which the evidence upholds my opinion on the vessel as not being a Freighter.

I then proceeded to await his docking and departure from Fort Bush without his passengers, so he was let off with just a caution this time and no fine was taken.

Admiral,

My second patrol, as I have returned to duty has not revealed anything unusual, I did scan some transport ships and some Freelancer passers by.

The only thing to note was a vessel with a Navy pilot on board, but he assured me that he had rescued him after an attack on his ship, which seemed genuine.

Patrols will be continued, and also the briefings from Admiral Harrison, have been welcomed with open arms, and it is good to see the Admiral doing a splendid job.

Raptor assets will be very busy over the coming weeks so it is imperitive that we keep up the good work and improve our simulation training for improved performance.

Admiral,

After my long leave of absense I initiated my first patrol of the Pennsylvania system today, and it seemed pretty quiet. I was shortly joined by 1st|LNS-War.Hog who kept me amused while we patrolled the area.
No sign of any Militants or similar scum. And also the trade lanes were quiet, not so many traders and certainly no suspicious ships leaving the lane areas.
Raptor-1 is safely secured within Pensylvania, and hopefully some more Raptors will arrive there soon to bolster my patrols.

It is so nice to be back in Liberty after a long vacation.
