Xenos and a stolen Rheinland Pirate Cruiser? - hack - 05-07-2010 So lets ask the Question that hasn't been asked: Where would this ship operate and against whom? Xenos and a stolen Rheinland Pirate Cruiser? - Elven - 05-07-2010 I don't really see why not. Just be VERY awesome. Because everyone knows those Hessian ships are only built in Rheinland because of job outsourcing. If they are desperate enough, I doubt they'd worry too much where their new ship came from. As long as the alien crew is dead. I can see a good RP on the horizon if this were done correctly. For the xenos there are lots of options actually. Being they hate just bout everyone not from liberty... they could attack just about anyone and steal a ship. Xenos and a stolen Rheinland Pirate Cruiser? - Lotherius - 05-08-2010 I totaly agree MB ^^ But to tell you the truth, most people in this topic don't like the idea, and I don't want to trouble or irritate anyone with it, so I already trew the idea in the garbage bin:P So I came up with another idea but I'll first ask the Xenos Alliance leader about it in a PM ^^ Xenos and a stolen Rheinland Pirate Cruiser? - Friday - 05-08-2010 I say let them have one - but without armour upgrades, and some strange mashup of weapons. To be sure, the nearest comparison for 'stolen' Rheinland gear is the GMG, who in RP managed to get hold of three battleships (only one playable). But then: 1) They were in RP victors in a war, and to the victors go the spoils. 2) The GMG are wealthy enough to maintain a single battleship. 3) The ship was not 'recently acquired', but rebuilt over the centuries since the war. I would suggest that these are three conditions that are needed for any faction to acquire the capital-class technology of another faction (without their consent). Victory, resources, time. Xenos and a stolen Rheinland Pirate Cruiser? - Lotherius - 05-08-2010 But you know what is the most frustrating of all? In all 3 of our Guard bases they're actually selling Gunboat and capital ship guns. It's as if the game is telling us: "Go earn one, we support you" LOL. So maybe they should just delete the possebility of buying capital ship cannons on the Xenos Guard bases, because after a while it really starts to mess with your head;)hehehehhehehehehheh |
