Shizuma looks at kiri and nods "Hai, we can keep it, but you will be the one taking care of it." she hands the cage to Kiri and sits down on the bed. "we'll get a bigger cage and food for it tomorrow." she smiles at Kiri and continues "I cleaned Cly's cockpit... You sure made a mess" she giggles and winks at Kiri.

Leo gets up again, on eye level with Shizuma and moves closer to her head, still thinking about the ring in his pocket, hewhispers in her ear "Can we talk -alone- for a moment, please ? There's something important I need to ask you..." There's something serious, but also slightly happy and nervous inside his eyes .

Kiri wiped her eyes quickly and excitedly, "hai! arigato.. ka-sama to-sama" with her new medicine inplanted and learning that Cly was ok, Kiri felt very happy. She smiled a big smile and then looked into the cage inquisitivley, never actually seeing a real life animal before her eyes, it was odd, she put the box on the floor and lay next to it smiling looking at the rabbit within. Kiri blushed while the little rabbits white fur gently stroked her palm as she lay on her left arm holding her right arm out with her hand placed on the wiremesh of the cage.
The rabbit would quickly turn around and begin to sniff her hand. Kiri giggled again recoiling in shock as its nose twitched against her skin, "Iya!.. hyaha, nooo.. Mr Rabbit.." Kiri stopped for a moment, she whispered to herself and the rabbit whilst moving her hand slowly across the cage mesh "hmm.. Mr rabbit, what should I call you...hmm" the rabbit continued to follow her hand left and right across the cage mesh its nose twitching activley at all times, Kiri stopped thinking for a moment and just looked at the animal again, *whispering* "uwa.. your so little, Mr Rabbit...did Amelia take you away from your family... your.. like me.." she smiled a little, "umm..." she began to try and think of names for her new friend, it made her think of her deceased family as she searched for the right name, tears again began to build in her eyes, she had tried not to think about this for a long time, she lay on the floor still whispering as tears slowly fell to the carpet.
"I will call you.. Kotaro...M..Mr Rabbit...a..after my.. onii...on.. onii-chan" *sniff* kiri cried a little still lying on the floor she cried unoticed from her parents who were only a few meters away.

Leo grabs Shizumas hand and walks downstairs, across the living room, his thoughts are rushing through his mind * What will I say...how will I say it... * He walks out to the backyard and turns around, looking at Shizuma... He looks at her and into her eyes for a moment then he suddenly kneels down infront of her, still looking deep into her eyes... "Shizuma... He quickly gets out the case with the ring out of his pocket, due of his shaking hands it falls to the ground once, he picks it back up and opens it, showing Shizuma the ring inside..."Shizuma...ever since I know you...I knew you're something special...And...I want to ask you...Do-...do you want to be my wife, Shizuma Sakuragi ?" He holds the ring closer to her and watches her expressions carefully...

Shizuma can't believe what's happening, she looks at the ring, then at Leo. Tears of happiness run down her face, she smiles wide "Hai! Of course I want to!"

Kiri drys her eyes a little, the Rabbit seemed to stare at her for a few moments, Kiri moved her hand slowly back near the cage, the rabbit began to watch her hand, attempting to sniff it wriggling its nose.
"Kotaro-kun... *sniff* n..no gomen.. gomen, *sniff* you cant have that name.... it will.. make me sad... *crying* b..because... because.. that... was my big brothers name...
she lay on the floor still, crying loudly thinking of her older brother, Kotaro would be 15 now if he were still alive, but his life was claimed on the same day Kiri's life began to fall appart, the same day her mother was shot, and her brother and father were burned with her village. Kiri wailed loudly for her brother, unearthing long supressed memories from within her mind she couldnt control her tears, she cried and curled into a small ball on the floor, holding her arms over her head as if to protect it.
"oniiiicchaaaaan............ oniiiii...chaaannnnn! ......."

Leo smiles a huge smile as he hears those words, it's such a huge relief for him, he gets back up and kisses Shizuma passionatly..."Thank you...thank you...!" After a few minutes he's hearing Kiri upstairs, appearantly crying..."Shizuma, do you hear that, too ? I think our honey is crying..." he quickly walks back into the living room and heads upstairs as fast as he could, he peeks into Kiri's room and spots her curled and crying, he slowly walks in and kneels on the floor next to her, stroking her forehead and tries to dry her tears on her cheek..."H-...Honey ? What's wrong ? Are you alright Kiri ?"

Kiriko continues to cry, in her mind standing before the tall flames of her home on New tokyo, her mother laying in the dirt at her feet a State Police soldier standing next to her, blood slowly leaking out of her mothers body, Kiri looks to her right and sees herself stood ontop of the small hill next to their home.
Kiri sat up quickly as her father tried to comfort her, she dived into him crying now even louder than before, she hugged him tightly trying to protect herself from the bad memories that were coming back to get her.
With her face buried into Leos chest she wailed for him and Shizuma as if they were going to leave her alone, she couldnt describe how she felt, the sudden influx of horrid memories from only a small spark was too much.

Shizuma stood in the backyard stunned, staring at the ring on her finger, after a couple of minutes she comes to sences and also goes upstairs to see what's wrong with Kiri. When she enters the room she sees Leo and Kiri hugging, she gets closer and hugs kiri from behind while stroking her head. "It's alright honey... don't cry..." She holds up her hand to show kiri the ring. "You know what that means honey? We're going to be a real family soon." She smiles and kisses the top of Kiri's head.
