your application is a bit unclear to me. Typically an ore storage would stay in one system.
But you want to register one ship for five systems. Which would cause a huge traffic problem.
Could you clarify if the ship is moving to each system?

Guten Tag Herr Schulz,

at zis Moment Riese is operating in Koeln system, we're testing small aluminium field and also use it as temporary HazMat Canisters storage for our transports, recently we noticed increased toxic waste byproduct production on stations like Ring or Leipzig, ALG can not dispatch more transports immediately, so we are forced to use some Daumann ships to cover increased demand. Of course about any further journey of our barge ze Bundespolizei vill be informed earlier.

It seems there's ein small misunderstanding between us, Barge will not be usually moved between systems without earlier notification about that forwarded to Bundespolizei. Our request for zis all systems was due to warn respective authorities about posibility of moving vessel of such size between mentioned areas, so Polizei could be prepared when we request assistance in operation of changing Riese's position.

We have no plans to utilize your trade lane systems, due to the large nature of the ships in question. I will also note, as a show of good faith, the equipment modifications we have made to said vessels. Both are equipped with heavy armour upgrades and cloaking devices as defensive measures against the various renegade pirates and infected forces we have frequently encountered within your borders. Conventional methods of defense have proving ineffective against these threats.

While we do pay taxes to Rheinland, as a group that is based in an independent system, I understand that you shall require the princely sum of 250,000c per vessel to be transferred, which shall be done pending approval of our vessels.

Let me state that these vessels are a benefit to the economy and ship building industry of Rheinland. We bring in large amounts of high quality manifolds, which are then smelted and welded into vessels such as your colossus trains and wraith fighter craft.

it seems there are still several problems with the application for the .:j:Forum:
  • The cloaking devices are not allowed for ships, which don't belong to the Rheinland authority forces.
  • Your route is still not exact enough. Because you're not using the trade lane system, we need each checkpoint of your flight path as well as drop- and load-points for each cargo type.
The application for the .:j:Collector is [color=#FF0000]DECLINED due standing violations of the laws of Rheinland.

Colonel Shulz, these barges are typically loaded and unloaded by a fleet of our smaller cargo haulers, due to the complexity in docking maneuvers involved with the average space station and planet. Mox is sourced from our business partners in Rheinland, as are engine components and high temperature alloys. Manifolds are imported from our own smelting facilities located outside Rheinland territories.

We utilize jumpholes to move the barges around, but as their locations are ever changing and unpredictable, we cannot give you definite locations for checkpoints. As you insist on checkpoints however, we can certainly use the jumpgates between New Berlin and Stuttgart, Stuttgart and Omega 7, Stuttgart and Koeln, New Berlin and Frankfurt, and Frankfurt and Sigma 13, if the following is addressed beforehand.

As of yet, the forces of the Rheinland Federal Police and Rheinland Navy have been unable to guarantee our safety from infected forces flying your very space craft. Unless you have a plan to squash this blight from your homeland, we must insist on using our unconventional methods to deter attack, which have so far proven in practice far superior to any number of fighter and gunboat class escorts have been able to provide. If Rheinland is able to eliminate this threat, or would allow a number of Solaris-equipped Cruiser vessels to be contracted by us for security and escort purposes, then of course we would remove the cloaking devices.

Regarding the Collector, it is my understanding that the only crime committed by the then captain is not filing paperwork here in time. If there was another issue that I have not addressed here, please bring it to my attention. The Junkers' Congress are law abiding, peace loving civilians. We value the laws of Rheinland, and do everything in our power to follow them, while protecting the lives of our own.

business partners you said? I'm sure you can provide me contracts with ALG, Daumann and Republic Shipping then, which ensure they are capable of handling out such an amount of ressources/commodities for the filling of a supertransport.

However, because you'd say you're going to Puerto Rico, I've to point out, that this wouldn't be possible through Hamburg.

And as long as you're not using the trade lanes, it would be almost impossible to protect your ships. That said, the usage of cloaking devices stays denied.
(This was also the reason for banning the .:j:Collector)
However, contracting Rheinwehr cruisers for protecting you would also be impossible during the times of war.

PS: I'm wondering what you'd do in Sigma-13, because you didn't named it as destination. But also I'd like to point out that the Westerwald in Frankfurt is still off-limit for you. (Just in case you're going to use jumpholes inside/at the edge of it.)
