It is refreshing that you're taking into account that your actions can cause issues for other Zoners.
As for Gallia? Good luck. OSI's been trying to get permission for other Zoners for awhile now, but we've met a wall with the Crown due to overwhelming numbers of indy Zoners continually breaking Gallic law. I don't think we've done much since we're subdued by a rep hack right now also.
