"Drama on the floor of the State Duma today as members of the Re-Unionist Faction of the Communist Party, whose platform is based upon acquiring peaceful relations with the Houses rather than conquest or radical replacement of the House's Governments, got into what appeared to be an intense argument turned fisticuffs with members of the McIntoshists who advocate radicalization of the Coalition and it's Fighter Corps and Coalition Domination over Sirius through violent Revolution, terrorist strikes and open warfare. The brawl went on for five minutes before the Kremlin's security force could separate the Deputies and restore order in the Duma. Katzists stood to the side during the fight alongside Premier Warner while Security was notified.
What triggered the argument is apparently due to a motion made by the Re-Unionists to open communications with the Kingdom of Bretonia to establish a permanent peace between the People's Republic and the Kingdom of Bretonia, the McIntoshists, whose spiritual founder Grand Admiral McIntosh a well known Bretonian defector, took offense at the motion due to the ramifications of such a plan would stand against what their founder stood for in the first place and initiated the ensuing brawl on the Duma floor. The Katzists, long seen as reformists and more democratically aligned members of the State Duma, declined to comment on such a motion. "This change has been long overdue in my opinion, for far too long we have indulged house-aligned forces currently living in Kiev who actively work against us by referring it to their designation instead of a proper Coalition designation for a future asset.
