Subject: Wow they lost a lot of money!
While in the bar on New Berlin watching video clips of a battle from earlier today, I received a message from Vice Admiral Freelamen. It was just tons of random screaming all I got out of it was "GET IN YOUR BOMBER AND LET'S DEAL WITH THESE TWO OSIRIS!!!"
I quickly launched from the planet, and proceeded to Dortmund Station, but cut off halfway as the Vice Admiral told me they were at Brandenburg. When I arrived half of the shields on one of the two Osiris's shields was already half way down. I moved in as fast I could to assist on Silencer as he was already being hit, Fahrenheit try as he might couldn't provide decent cover for his friend who was going down.
Soon after I had arrived Dieter Sphrockets was in range, after realizing he was also a bomber the two battleships made a run for it to sigma-13. We were about to celebrate victory, but they came back somehow fully repair!! I assume they somehow payed for a new battleship, because their is no way it would've been repaired so fast. As if this wasn't enough they had three corsair gunboats covering them, known as Major, Galli and Phil.
We didn't let this bother us, we moved in first destroying Major who Dieter's novas promptly disposed of. Next were Phil and Galli who didn't last any longer than their other friend, both taken out by the Vice Admiral. We began to work on Silencer's new battleship, as his hull was beginning to rattle all three gunboat pilots had somehow purchased new ones!!!!!! This was ridiculous I knew the corsairs were rich pirates, but they seem to have more resources in the area than I thought. Mayor was once again shot down by our very own Lance Corporal Dieter Sphrockets, again. After receiving serious damage Phil and Galli ran never to return.
Now finally we returned back to our beloved Silencer, after his ship lost all functions from the pounding he cruised out a great distance, but still visible. We went right on to Fahrenheit. He was no match for three bombers. We made decisive passes tearing down his hull little by little, until my novas finally found their mark and he was destroyed. Silencer then proceeded to get closer and obviously didn't think, because now that little Osiris rental became a purchase when my Novas also showed him his maker. Finally New Berlin is safe for the traders again, now I think I need a vacation. Also I did a brief cost summary.
Osiris (badly damaged) - $189,000,000
heavily armored Osiris (destroyed) - $645,000,000
Osiris (Destroyed) - $550,000,000
Corsair gunboat X8 (Destroyed)- $425,000,000
total - $1,764,000,000
Now if that isn't a staggering blow take this into consideration, they wasted all that over 90 million in Rhienland credits, and dealt serious damages, but no destruction.

I have something alarming to report, to follow up on Jack Archer's previous report.
I began my tour of duty in New Berlin this evening, launching my light fighter for a quick routine tour of the system, when who should I discover in orbit around New Berlin but the madman Mon'Star, in a Outcast Destroyer, engaging our capital ships!
Even more alarming, was the sight of an Eagle fighter who accompanied him, piloted by someone named PsiBorg. He kept referring to Mon-Star as "Master"!
Needless to say, I attempted to do my duty, but my firepower was not sufficient to win the day. Mon'star destroyed my Phantom, and my pod was tracked in by one of our own Police pilots.
Mon'star had 3 fleet admirals, and 7 cruiser commanders in his hold, as well as other military and police pilots in his hold. Their fate is unknown.
I am healing in hospital now, and I hope to return to duty shortly.
This is truly an alarming development for the security of Rheinland.

Well well, seems the Corsairs finally had a bit of nerve to pop in to New Berlin earlier today. The LDDLG brought a fleet containing 2 Osiris, 1 Gunboat, and 3 Fighters in to New Berlin. Admiral Krieg, Lance Corporal Friedrich Lang, Private First Class Hans Krieger, and myself were on call at the time of the attack.
We moved in to their location near the Sigma 13 jumphole, but only to find the LDDLG attacking a GC Bomber pilot known as Mariko Kietan. We let her be for the time as the LDDLG were a bigger threat, and a good thing at that as the GC took out one of their fighters. We engaged the Corsair gunboat, Llouen, ripping its shields down and decimating it's hull. It was destroyed within minutes.
Next was one of the Osiris'. Seems it had an energy upgrade on its shield. But it couldn't protect him for long as his hull was weak. From the final blast of our weapons, Styx was destroyed. Along with La Bete, a Fighter, who was destroyed by the GC bomber at the edge of the battle. Just one Osiris left, it ran in fear as his companions were destroyed. He fled to Bonn and then back to the Sigma 13 hole, seems he was waiting for fighter support. Garfield came in range and the Bombers were pointed on him, while Admiral Krieg dealt with the Osiris.
The fighter was slow, to open for our Novas. It's shields were removed, he regenerated. Only a couple minutes passed before the Coloniel Lolo was destroyed by Admiral Krieg. The fighter following him in death as my nova made contact. Mariko was selected as our target next, even though she helped us, we could not let her live to fire on RM forces another day. But before we managed to get a chance, the GC was gone.
After reporting back to the Planet, an LDDLG Huntress came in to scanners view of New Berlin scouting the area for Corsair pods. We wouldn't allow it. After ripping it's shields to nothing, its hull was finished quickly and Madara was destroyed. Admiral Krieg sent his ship in to dock for repairs, left with just the 3 of us on patrol.
We detected a large ship within the Dresden system, we went to inspect and found a Mercanary flying a Liberty Dreadnought, [X]Massacre[X]. We requested information on why an Liberty vessel was brought to Rheinland, he threatened us and jumped to New Berlin. We did as well and engaged the scum. With the help of two Mercanary's passing by, his shield and hull was dropped down to critical levels. He fled, knowing his death was to near.
The two Mercanarys left scanners range, but not before a smuggler came in to view. *Star* was transporting Cardimine to Planet New Berlin. We fired on his ship but was lost in to Sigma 13. This pilot is now under a 8 million credit fine and should be dealt with any means necessary.

It has been brought to my attention that the Battlestar Silvermist was fined for the transportation of Nomads. Be advised that the Silvermist has for sometime been licensed by CRI for the aquistion of Nomads for our research defending against their continued Nomad advance into Sirius. Although, RM may have other reasons for issuing the fine, if the transportation of Nomads was the sole reason then an appology should be made to the Silvermist and the appropriate funds returned. Licensed vessels are advised that when asked regarding their license to direct questioning personnel to the appropriate documention (refer them to the license page or if convenient the link in my signature, in most cases simply saying "you've got a license from CRI" should suffice). If there are concerns regarding the Silvermist's possession of a license, contact us immediately with the appropriate information via PM, otherwise the ship remains a licensed carrier of Nomads.

"let me clear things up. This is the TRADESHIP silvermist, an official tradeship used by zoners to do deuterium runs from GC to Isis. - You are referring to a "battlestar" silvermist. i think there must be a misunderstanding - or some Battlestar Captain has given his ship the same name.
to make it all clear. the Silvermist has never transported nomad remains, becuase only the heavily protected persephone will do that, once a month or once the cargo holds are filled up with samples. The rheinlanders have not run into the silvermist tradeship ever so far ( large train ). in fact, i never saw any rheinlanders on my route ever.
it is true that the Silvermist, aswell as the persephone and Jinxs? personal ship has the right to carry nomads, however, it appears that the ship in question was none of those ships that are stationed in freeport 11.

Apparently a clerical error has resulted in a mix up. From RM, i've been informed the SilverLight not the Silvermist was fined and that a mistake was made in the intel provided to us. As the SilverLight is not licensed by CRI, the fine is completely applicable and CRI commends RM for its continued service in helping to defend Sirius from the Nomad threat.

Last night was indeed a busy night for our forces. Prior to the battle of Frankfurt I launched to help our forces engage an LWB who had gooten bold and was terrorising The Ring. After a short but furious fight we were able to dispatch him.
Then after the Battle of Frankfurt out tired forces were returning to our bunks in New Berlin however upon our exit from the Jump Gate in New Berlin we discovered a few pirates attacking the local traders. We quickly engaged and the Hessian quickly broke and fled. The other 2 remained hower and were destroyed by myself and Hans Krieger.
Another busy night is ahead no doubt but fear not we shall be ready.
