Jonas Hudson here. I turned back to Privateering recently (after some time in the Intel Service) and I've set up a privateer backed paramilitary 'resistance force' in the Leeds system. We are exploring many ways to strengthen resistance to Gallic occupation in Leeds (and occupied Bretonia in general, but focusing on Leeds). As such we've assembled a small freighter force that now imports and exports supplies/refugees from the resistance base. Our overall goal is to fight Gallic forces by any means available.

We're planning continuous import of some restricted military materials and medical supplies, and may now have supply vessels from freighter to heavy transport frequenting areas now restricted by embargo.

To the Bretonian Police Authority:

In accordance with prior communication, we wish to supply the Leeds resistance forces and other military operations throughout the Taus with supplies that our armored freighters and other capable craft can support. To this end, we would like to see Synth Foods, Inc. (Synth|) receive a Tau Trading License and a Military Material License for six months. Our reputation with the Kingdom of Gallia, as a Libertonian corporation, should assumedly be obvious. We plan to supply mainly food rations to the resistance, but our shipping vessels are easily reconfigured for other cargo, and we wish to ensure we can supply the resistance with whatever goods they require before they ask in full. The payment for the licenses is attached here and here.

Unfortunately our attempt at procuring a semi-permanent military license was unsuccessful despite the urgency of the time, long and flawless history, and BAF's official support.

While we traditionally procured all available licenses offered by BPA, the office of the President saw fit that we should scale back some operations so we are requesting a license renewal for only the following categories:

  • Military Material License
  • N-BEW License
  • Medical License
