with the size, it would have good handling and thats not good for a bomber, considering u get a cap come near the base and theres a bomber sitting there, the cap wouldnt even hit it...

Small size doesnt necessarily mean good handling. Junker ships usually have more cargo space than equivalents from other groups, meaning more overall mass (and thus worse handling). Heavier armor plating could also justify higher mass, and lower agility. As long as it doesnt end up being a preagle/barghest/waran I'm fine with not having some super agile bomber =P
