Note: I met this Liberty Navy Battletransport near Planet Erie in the Pennsylvania system. I told him to come over, just to attack him without having a battleship in my back.
In the fight, he managed to get close to the Planet. Too close. Before I could fire the last shot he crashed into the atmosphere.

Note: I encountered this Outcast near Planet Los Angeles in California. He wasn't a real danger, so I decided to ignore him. But after an Navy cruiser went to us and engaged him, I decided to kill the Outcast, just because I didn't want the Navy officer killing my targets.
