It's pretty ironic...the server almost came to blood letting over this time past. Huge debates and flames were had and finally the control idea was backed off from. A light "survey" is done and suddenly it has "official and almost approved status by popular request".
No--it doesn't and it isn't what we all want. I voted yes on the survey you are so gratuitously excusing this with--read my comment there. "This" was never what I stated I would endorse. So I guess "80%" is subjective.

I assure you, the number of folk on my /Ignore list can be counted on the fingers of one... finger.
Now the folk on my "Not amused" list might be slightly longer: but I would like to think that my door is always open to comments/criticisms; or that the mores resourceful folk will know how to pick the lock, if not.
Athenian, you also waved your hands and uttered the Magickal Incantation "Consult!". I am willing to listen.
Whether I am also willing to subject myself and the Council of Zoners to endless discussions and tedious votes, (the CoZ is quite large, ya know..) is still rattling around in my brainpan.
I may even be so bold as to exercise my Godlike Veto powers on occassion, as Leader of the only current (I believe) existing official Zoner Faction on the server.
The Council has gained some "quasi-official" status amongst the Community, but my name is on the door of both the Registry and Council threads as 'creator".
Guess I'm stuck with that too.

Just to throw in something on my behalf directed mainly towards Order players.
Well first off, as Nooblet stated above, if anyone sees any Order| players violating these rules, I would rather you report to me first. Since the only ones with true power are the leader and the two under him, that makes it 3 people in the Order. Myself, Lancer X and SeanThedestroyer. Ofcourse we have system laws already etc, and I think I've always been pro faction-indie relations etc. So let's make this a step in furthering that rather than abusing power.
If you choose to join an official faction, then please go ahead, I welcome it. Now as for the caps... which I know has been an issue in the Order.
In the past, some with Osiris's have joined the Order|, and others have good relations with us. I can't really think of any caps which I would have to worry about right now but we will act if we need to.
So yeah, I have some stuff to read over and memorize, let's all make the best of this and hope it's a big step into the better future of Disco:)
Question to the Admins which may have been asked: How do carriers relate to the Battleship restriction thing?

I saw the Liberty and Zoner carriers were listed in the BattleShip list in the first post but not the Order carrier. Was it just missed?

I thought it was because the order carrier was more cruiser then BS.
