Moments prior to the Hiryu's ill fate, bounty for these Red Dragon ships was set with Will Reavers @ 2 million per kill. Not open to other bounty hunters. ((screenshot proof required))
Get me the license number on the "cruiser class". What are these yayhoos? Pirates? Terrorists? or merely confused as to "Heavenly" conventions regarding what pirates can fly?
In other words, a) did they say "please" to the traders in question, and, b) did the "cruiser" have any business pirating in the first place?
Are there no other targets in Sirius worthy of so much attention? If not, fellow KNF warriors, I would venture to say that we have soundly whupped the "Kusari Curse". In spades. Isn't it nice being the darlings of Sirius? Such praise! Perhaps we should throw a "pirate party" to acknowledge them for acknowledging us completely and finally as a major force to be reckoned with in this Sector.

-Completed refit of personal light fighter with new sheild.
Executed a raid on Chugoku where I encountered Blood Dragon Seishou-Hekireki. After arresting several of his brethren and slightly damaging him, Hekireki retreated to Tau-63 and I pursued.
Encountered heavy resistance near the Blood Dragon ship yard and moved outside its perimeter. Tango Hekireki 8 km from the Chugoku hole and I engaged again. Several minutes later, large radiation waves hit the system and we were both forced to disengage.

Ah, I thought it wasn't Kaku but in the excitement I couldn't be sure. Thank you for the name clarification. Not sure where Seishou comes from as it appears to be a fairly common Japanese name, also a god or spirit of the sea. Intriguing.

~Osaka~ CiC action report: Blood Dragons repelled at Honshu -> New Tokyo gate. While monitoring an increase of commerce and contract shipping from IND units, a Blood Dragon raiding party was detected. Contract Bounty Hunter Will Reavers was eliminated in the openning seconds before defensive units arrived. Osaka and 2 IND escort fighters engaged a superior force of 1 Blood Dragon Cruiser, 1 Gunboat and 2 fighters. ~Osaka~ took the brunt of their attacks and it took a last-minute reinforcement from SinTech Unrelenting to turn the battle our way.

Subject: Serious Comms Issues
I regret to inform High Command and my fellow Warriors that that some sort of strange time displacement has befallen the various ships under my command. The researchers at Yukawa are studying the problem; but can not give me a date specific for resolution.
In my absence, I wish to commend KNF, IND, and those lawfuls who have helped with the recent attacks on Honshu and other areas of Kusari Space.
I will keep you informed of any progress made in resolving this issue.
