There is a reason behind role-playing a Zoner.
I never kicked anyone out of the CoZ when I was chairman for smuggling. What I WOULDN'T do was stick up for them. They get caught, it's there problem basically.
I'm assuming you speak of faction right #5. That's one string I won't pull unless it becomes absolutely necessary. I fear that it may become very abused much like server rule 6.21.

problem is, you have to clean alot more than other factions because you get all the greedy powertraders and rest of factions get those greedy powertraders after they earned the cash, so they're bit more peaceful
