Abuse of faction rights is one of the things listed as proper feedback. It was done in their feedback thread. It was addressed to them, and actually pmed to the person making the post, and when that did not result in a change in the post, only then was it brought to the feedback thread. Feedback is not trial by forum.

You know what, I am done with this discussion, you obviously cannot admit in any way shape or form that you may have done something wrong, and instead look to divert attention with poor argument that have no merit. I won't get angry on constructive and point making feedback. Nor DarthBindo would. At least as far as I know him, he wouldn't. Unless he drinks something.
EDIT: Zelot, I never said that announcement wasn't wrong. I said it is. And we acted to resolve it. Sadly I haven't recieved response from player in question. So please, stop accusing me of false accusations.

Ho what now?
The recent use of IC feedback is exactly the sort of stuff that should be going there. Everything was fixed, the offenders (me) got slapped, all done in a nice orderly friendly manner.
