About the whole CR Tech Permission - farmerman - 01-05-2012 I think that any restricted tech should be made to work 100% for anyone. If you have to work with a faction to use it, there's no reason you wouldn't get the specs to make your ship work right. So, let factions choose either open tech, or requirements with no power nerf. Actually, they dont have the same level of control, Closed factions have way more control, since they choose not to allow indies to play an npc faction that is ingame. That seems like a much larger control than tech use. |
