"State Duma sources have confirmed during the Duma's meeting yesterday a motion was put forth to classify the Kiev System as a No-Fly-Zone for all incoming-outgoing traffic until the Coalition has secured the system as a Coalition Oblast. This would mean that only ships involved with the Military would be able to pass through without being halted, scanned and turned back.
According to our sources this serves a two-fold purpose. First off it secures the region from Civilians who would likely be caught in the crossfire between the former Reaper terrorists and Coalition forces, ensuring no civilian casualties in the campaign. "Premier Ben Warner, war hero and close friend of former Premier Katz, has been the subject of several rumors since he was voted into office by the grace of the Coalition citizens that make up the Republic. However one has been gaining momentum due to the Premier not being seen in several weeks by the general population, according to sources Premier Warner's health may be in decline and yet despite the best health-care and minds in the Republic being consulted has proven unable to halt this decline.
This has sparked further rumours amongst the citizens living in the Kremlin Dome of a House plot to assassinate the heart and soul of the moderate cause in the Coalition in order to ensure a Re-Unionist take over of the controlling seats in the Kremlin.
