Pulled almost a two hour shift yesterday. Quite nice.
I spoke with a friend for half an hour, then got a few questions about the fleeing rule and one about what IFF was. Explained it all.

So, I pulled an hour shift today, in Pennsylvania, as usual it was rather quiet so I started talking to an old friend who is now in the [RoS] group. I was unsure as to what they did on a day to day basis, so I took this time to learn a bit about them.
I then began talking to a pilot from a new researcher group, LRI), very interesting stuff.
I attempted to make contact with some new pilots, none of them needed assistance. Although I informed one pilot that opening fire on friendly ships with no role play is not a good idea.
I had to keep docking, to get rid of the NPCs stopping new pilots from docking freely as the docking bug seems to be really quite bad at the moment.

Another short shift today, in New London.
I answered a few questions, mostly about ID/IFF combinations, and where to sell ore in both Bretonia and Rheinland - it is good to see Kansas is being used.
There was no problems, and I am impressed with one of the new guys, Hawkwings seems to be doing well so far, he is already helping people out (Including myself!)

There was short shift on my start as Angel, on first minutes on my Angel I answered on two questions.
1. I had little conversation with player who wanted to know everything about keepers and their RP. I told him what is process and he will try to finish it. (Evidence are in file)
2. This was short but player wanted to know where he can buy mining turrets, answer was fast and effective. (Evidence are in file)
Little update:
1. I just help a player to trade in Rheinland space.
2. I`m helping player to find a faction and I`ll help him to get his first official faction.

Spent a few hours with my new angel tags today. A few people asked about junker trade routes; something which I am not particularly familiar with. I advised them as best I could.
Other than that, mainly returning players who had lost their characters. Explained that the inactive wipe had been extended to 3 months (I'm hoping I recall that correctly).
Had fun. Arashi even got a ticket from an LPI officer.

Today was a fine day for helping people, on my shift I manage to help some people with their problems on the disco.
1. I helped miner to setup his ship and I send him on first mining mission.
2. Explain the roll play on this server and I helped player to rename his ship in some roll play form.

Put in an hour today. Not much going on, but I did help out a new guy with stuff like discovering that the wiki exists, restarts, and advised him to join a trade faction to get some money.

Had an hour floating around with Ankh, Hawkwings and Matt.Keil.
It was farely quiet, so I took the oppurtinity to set up a ship for cargo transfers. Learnt flying missions in a CSV is a bad idea. I helped someone out with restart commands and explained the new mining system, character deletion and whatnot. Oh, and this happened:

Spent almost two hours teaching a new guy how to do the very basics, and the beginning of mining. Was helped out by Sea}{Star and some ONG-tagged Liberty Dreadnaught. Best mining operation ever. Answered some quick misc questions during that time too.

Was in for some time today. Just telling 2 people not to smuggle in a corporate train, told them other, lawful trade routes. Helped a player getting rid of a police tag to get the BHG instead.
So yes, pretty easy work so far.
