Several hours later...
"Muwhahahaha, it is finished! About fraking time." Watsas began rambling on as he stood triumphantly over the now fully assembled holovision.
The large, circular machine took up the center of the tea house, consisting of 3 projector nodes and a focusing dish in the middle. Watsas walked back behind the bar and prepared to activate the sinister looking machine.
"Ladies and Ryu.Saiba, prepare to have your minds blown my the mightiest entertainment system ever forged by the hands of man. Two thousand channels, ~high definition, π-dimensional imaging. If the picture on this thing were any sharper, you'd bleed. Now... say goodbye to your old ideas of entertainment!" Watsas exclaimed as he pressed the power button on the remote control...
...and nothing happened.
"WTF!? You have got to be fraking kidding me!" Watsas yelled. Several chuckles came from some of the various patrons of the bar. Watsas then climbed down onto the floor and crawled into the main casing on the holovision as to fiddle about with the various doodads within...
...Failing to notice that the HV's power cord was not plugged in.

A Kusari man, carrying the Blood Dragon Emblem on his flight jacket, enters the tea house, his expression is that of a calm man. Under his left eye a scar is shown, but other then that his complexion is quite handsome
He walks up to the bar and gets a cup of tea, wich he takes to a closeby seat
There he sits and watches the Tea House Activities

Saigo appears once again and makes herself another pot of tea, walks back over to the corner again, seeming to become a shadow.
Saigo then notices the plug for the holovision is not plugged in and talks just loud enough for watsas to hear and said simply " The power plug!"

Neko slowly,deliberately stands up,almost as if caught in slow-motion,reaches for a small rubber ball in his pocket and throws it directly at Watsas.It hits Watsas in the head,and he turns furiously.Neko silences him with a swift hand movement and nonchallantly points to the HV plug,grinning like an Outcast child in a Cardamine plant.

"There...and if that doesn't work.....Kick it a few times."
Reaching behind her to pick up another tea kettle of tea.
