I know I was been punished because I went in Kepler system when the order was: Not allowed unless with a Recoil ship or in compagny with another opperative... Admiral Leer, I did the ten laps that you asked and there was nobody. Only at the beginning a DSE that I escorted, but it's not the point of my transmission.
The reason why I am sending this transmission is: I want to patrol in Kepler system. I don't care what the scientists say or not. It's just... I have this feeling that needs to be clear. The last time I went there, near the location of my Classified report, I saw one those from the Division 9. The person said: ''You are in a restricted area.'' I want to know what they are hidding... I need to go there... I know I am playing a dangerous game. If someone caught me, I will kill myself to protect the fleet.
I know all of you consider this system dangerous, but I will not die there. I, Sinon Yuki, daughter of Yuzu Takeda I am aware of the responsibilities toward this system. No matter what, I will survive.

Both Deep Space Engineering and Ames Research station have not replied to our communications. This means that I will have my hands full commanding our RDI vessel and managing the scientists and engineers we will pickup from Willard research station for our Kepler expedition.
I will not be in a position to be able to command our combat escorts or coordinate the fleet we will despatch to protect the scientists.
I am hereby putting you in charge of the Kepler expedition that is meant to help us shield our vessels that venture there in the long run. Dear High Command,
Today .......... (large pause).....SIGH we saw an attack on Manhattens Defense ring like no other attack.
Nomad Ships somehow appearing from knowhere and baiting our Forces into a trap which was sprung with precision. Although we do not know how these entities coordinate, this attack was of a mass never seen before within Liberty.
Our forces were lured out of the defense ring and commenced a precision attack which was going relatively well and we managed to repel the wave we found. BUT ..... once that wave was repelled, another wave appeared behind us and cut us off from Manhatten, and it started to go a bit wrong.
We had 2 Overlords and an Assault carrier present and we took casualties hard as we were pounded by massive pulses from the Nomad ships. These ships seemed to be more agressive and alot harder to kill than ordinary ones we have encountered before.
I instructed Admiral Wayne Blake van Leer to contact all Liberty forces about this attack and stress our concerns that this attack was not monitored or picked up by not even our scout recoil vessels.
This is the time for all libertonians to show diligence and be wary of more attacks as the weeks go by. We do not know the extent of the Nomad force, but we do know that some vessels managed to escape mid fight and did not return.
All 46th vessels have been put on high alert and we will be stepping up our patrols within Liberty.

Today I Sadly have to Contact you about an incident that happened in New York that Involved Sinon Yuki and Myself. As I was in a Friendly chat with my Husband in Manhattan Orbit Lieutenant Commander Sinon Yuki came by, as Usual, is has Greeted her and so did also a =LSF= Agent but Sinon Didn't React. Instead, she Begann to behave Strangely and did Run first into the Detroit Field and then into the Badlands. I Followed her and Opened a Comm Channel to her Girlfriend Dr. Clarissa Abernathy in the Hope that Clarissa could bring some Sense back into Sinon. but this wasn't the Case after I Followed her through the Badlands and she soot on every Rouge and Junker she saw. she Flew to the Pittsburgh Debrie Field and I could Stop her from Further Flying senseless around and Shoot everything she saw.
I tried to get her back to their senses but she gave me no chance and after I Used my Cruise Disruptors to stop her from Fleeing she Started to Attack me. I had to Defend myself and was Forced to Shoot back at Sinon and Destroyed her Ship. I Took her Escape Pod on Board and Cuffed her as she wasn't Cooperative at all. On my way back to manhattan to bring her to some Medical Help, I was Stoped by Two Agents of the =LSF= that Questioned me about the Incident. After i answered the Question of the =LSF= Agents I Brought Sinon To the closed ward of the Manhattan Veterans Hospital, she needs help and I would Advice that Sinon's Flight License will be Terminated till the Doctors Declare her as Healed again. I will Include the Flight Log into the Attachment for the High Command to see in Detail what happened.

Thanks to the mission commanded by Lt.Commander Sinon Yuki the third party scientists and engineers have collected more than enough data on the Kepler system and radiation. The Kepler system is no longer off-limits. Make sure you submit your vessels for retrofit at HQ that will help with shielding from the radiation.
Still, avoid direct contact with the anomalies, and don't stay in the system for a time longer than needed.
For mission attendees
There are some concerning reports of behavior of one of the members of the expedition. I will ask everyone who attended the Kepler mission to report to HQ for physical and psychological check-up.I will not mention the name of the officer that seems to be having issues a day after the mission, and this might not be related, but better be safe than sory. The scientists do not precisely know what we encountered, one of the far flung theories of the lead scientist Toews was that we have witnessed rifts pulling our reality into other dimensions.
There is no need for alarm, just get your checkup, avoid the anomalies, and stay in Kepler for the minimum time necessary after your ships receive the retrofit.
