My name is Thomas Dering, I am the captain of Luxury Liner Amber in the Orbital Spa & Cruise fleet. I would like to get a license for carrying 2 unit of light arms on my ship.
Due to recently terrorist activity I can't afford having unarmed personel on my ship. Security personel is armed with sidearms and I am not going to risk lifes of my passangers just because some bandit will try to take over my ship.
