I will make myself clear, I have no wish to join you, ain't got none of the hot Hispan blood, but one of my lads been 'earing that this is the way to reach you. Name's Wesco, of Wesco's Raiders, a little outfit working out of Liberty Space, curse their eyes. As you might imagine, half inching goods from under the Yank's noses ain't easy, but it's made us tough, and damn lean.
Now, I've respect for you Corsair lot, my boys don't chase you, or any tagged Corsair, we use your stations when possible to sell stuff, at reasonable prices. The Outcasts ain't been so damn accommodating, We've lost smuggler boats to um, and they seem to dislike us, can't imagine why. So we're reckoning we should extend the olive branch to you lot, no doubt you can think of some use for friends in Libby sectors, not that this is charity, but friends 'elp friends. Tall, thin, young looking man enters Cadiz upper level bar. He anxiously looks around, takes a deep breath, approaches the bar counter and calls up the bartender:
-"Rum please"
Jose throws disdainful glance at guest while filling a glass.
-"Are you sure this is a place for your kind, kid?"
-"Don't call me like that." - Roberto empties his glass in a few sips - "I am here for a reason. I heard Black Sails are often visitors of this place. Could you give this to one of them?" - he pulls a paper note and a silver coin from his pocket - "Keep the change".
The young man leaves the bar in a hurry.

He reads as he downs the drinks.
Half a ton? Boy could have done better than that. But it's a start.
If he happens to come around again - Tell him to get some vaseline
stocked and to meet me in my cabin after he sees Pedro from the docks.
He will give him a ship with some firework toys attacked to it.
He stands up and goes fishing in the great voids of the Omegas...
