RE: Liberty Navy Rank Adjustment Billboard [Primary Fleet] - Teerin - 05-10-2015 9th May, 822 A.S. Lieutenant Commander Frank Burnet will serve as the First Fleet's new Quartermaster. You might think there won't be much paperwork, but it piles up after a bit if you don't pay attention.
Lieutenant Christopher Rowe, your excellent work in today's combat situation has proven your command ability. As such, the Admiralty has agreed to promote you to Lieutenant Commander. You've proven you're capable, now prove you're consistent. Lieutenant Malachy Marshall is given the pay grade of Lieutenant Commander. The Admiralty acknowledges your good work, but we believe that much more can be seen from you. Ensign Benjamin Cohen is granted the rank of Lieutenant for his dependability and willingness to serve. Good luck out there. Cadet Kenneth Western, in recognition of his hard work and determination for the Navy, from right out of the gate, is promoted to Ensign. You flew well today, Ensign. Cadet Alexander Kingston has flown the required time to become an Ensign. I personally haven't seen you around yet, but I'm sure you're a fine pilot. Several of you were very close to promotion. Think it's you? Get more time in space, join a subdivision, or file a report -- that'll do the trick. ~ Admiral Rohj Teerin. RE: Liberty Navy Rank Adjustment Billboard [Primary Fleet] - Teerin - 05-17-2015 17th May, 822 A.S. Captain Nicole Hayes is undergoing a second surgery due to her medical condition, which first arose about a year ago. Thus, we have placed her on Medical Leave. We're all pulling for you, Hayes.
Captain Max Morse, you are now officially assigned the Special Forces Lead position. Good luck with the reorganization, you'll need it. That is all. ~ Admiral Rohj Teerin. RE: Liberty Navy Rank Adjustment Billboard [Primary Fleet] - Wildkins - 06-23-2015 22nd June, 822 A.S. With the re-structure to our division focuses, the following reassignments and promotions are now in effect:
Commander Johann Anders, an already fine Fighter Wing Instructor, has been selected to head up the recently re-assigned Fleet Division as Combat Training Instructor. With this promotion in responsibility, he also receives a matching adjustment in pay grade up to Captain. We hope to continue to see a fine improvement under Captain Anders' instruction. Lieutenant Commander Barney Ross has been selected to serve under Captain Anders as an Executive Officer of the Fleet Division, and thus, he assumes the rank of Commander. He's proven himself as a capable pilot and an effective instructor, and under Anders' instruction, we expect the Fleet Division to flourish. Commander Zoe Valentine will also act as Executive Officer of the Fleet Division, under the command of Captain Anders and alongside Commander Ross. While Anders and Ross bring exceptional snubcraft capabilities to the Division, we hope that Valentine's strong aptitude for capital vessel command will help to round out the team and bring the finest in instructors and leaders to our largest and most capable division. For his continued diligent work as both a pilot and commander inside the LLS, Commander Alan Jones is promoted to Captain and, effective immediately, recognized as the Commanding Officer of the Logistics Division. A reliable and effective officer like Jones is a role model for the younger flag officers out there, and I'm sure he'll continue to bring the best to the Navy. Selected to work alongside Captain Jones is Lieutenant Commander Malachy Marshall, now issued the rating of Commander and designated the Executive Officer of the Logistics Division. Logistics work may not be the most thrilling of assignments, but some of our finest officers have come from there, and I'm sure you'll be one of them. Captain Michael Morse retains his position as Commanding Officer of the Special Forces division, which includes the External Security and Research Division. Under his leadership, I'm sure the Special Forces and the ESRD will go far and strike hard. Commander Hélène Dupuis is selected to act as the Executive Officer of the Special Forces division, under the command of Captain Morse. They've shown a great ability to work together in the past, and I'm sure the Special Forces will be no exception. Commander Catherine Ellington will join Commander Dupuis as Executive Officer of the Special Forces division, bringing her relevant expertise to create a venerable staff of Special Forces leadership. I expect only greatness from you three, and I'm sure I'll be nothing but pleasantly surprised. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with all of you. We've recently dealt the Gallics a critical blow at Leeds, and with that, our fight only gets harder. You're the finest soldiers this Navy has ever seen, and if you keep it up, we'll be having beers on New Paris by next year. Keep up the good work, everyone. ~ Fleet Admiral Nathaniel Davies RE: Liberty Navy Rank Adjustment Billboard [Primary Fleet] - Manticore - 06-25-2015 24th June, 822 A.S. Commander Alexis Hunter is taking an extended leave of absence from the fleet, due to lingering health concerns. She retains an active fleet billet, but is considered on leave for the time being.
Lieutenant Commander Tobias J. Mailer has requested transfer to the reserves for the time being, due to complications from his wounds suffered in the line of duty. We eagerly await his return. Lieutenant Commander Christopher Rowe has also requested an extended leave of absence and is on reserve duty until he returns. Cadets Keith Johnson and Brittny Young failed to meet their four-hour activity requirement, and are discharged from the service. And now for some good news; Lieutenant James Arland, due to your demonstrated potential in both special operations and leadership since your transfer to the Liberty Navy, you are promoted to Lieutenant Commander. I have been closely monitoring your progress here, and it is my hope that you will continue to grow and show promise in your new role. ~ Vice Admiral James Lambert RE: Liberty Navy Rank Adjustment Billboard [Primary Fleet] - Wildkins - 07-06-2015 6th July, 822 A.S. Vice Admiral Remus Sius, now fully recovered and displaying a once-again fine aptitude for leadership, has been selected to ascend to Admiral. Sius is one of our best leaders, and I'm sure he'll do the Admiralty a great service while he's with us.
Commander Zoe Valentine has volunteered to resign her position as Executive Officer of the Fleet Division, and thus, will be titled as Lieutenant Commander. She cites personal reasons for her resignation; we hope to find a replacement for her skills in the Fleet Division soon. Lieutenant Commander Frank Burnet will now serve as our newest Commander, continuing his exemplary Quartermaster duties. I'm sure Burnet will prove most capable to the Logistics Service and the greater Navy as a whole. Lieutenant Benjamin Cohen graduates to the pay grade of Lieutenant Commander. He's proven a fine combat officer, if a bit green. Like many newly-promoted Lieutenant Commanders before him, I expect only the finest of leadership aptitude out of you, so give the Navy your best, Lieutenant Commander. Continue the fine work, everyone. With luck, we'll win the war yet. ~ Fleet Admiral Nathaniel Davies RE: Liberty Navy Rank Adjustment Billboard [Primary Fleet] - The Republic Of Liberty - 12-10-2015 10th December, 822 A.S.
