Circumstances: I was moving through California, en route to Bretonia when I ran into a pair of pirates in the trade lane. A Lane Hacker and an Outcast. The Hacker went down easily enough, but the Outcast ran like mad after I shoved some mines into his hull, he ultimately got away.
