SF Message Dump - Firebird - 07-11-2007 Transmit to: All SF personnel Comm ID: Admiral Firebird Pleased to announce the promotion of Stratus to the rank of Lieutenant in the SF. May he continue to serve for queen and country well as part of the SF. I understand a small gathering is planned on Cambridge Research Station later this evening to celebrate the occassion. Ask for a round on the admiralty from Joanne. Cheers End transmission Transmit to: All SF Personnel; Commodore Hyperwave Comm ID: Admiral Firebird You bring up some good points commodore, the actions of the Nayehiya will definitely need to be watched carefully for the next while. End Transmission SF Message Dump - thekillerppodl - 07-11-2007 Transmit to: All SF personnel Comm ID:Cpt Montgomery After a long time in dry dock our BC went on patro ltoday nothing major happened some problems in the omega from JF - didn't engage as it's hell getting an Albertross in an asteroid SF Message Dump - RoninJonny - 07-12-2007 Transition incoming Comm. ID: Jonny My apologies for not being on duty, the injuries I received in my last fight where more serious then last thought but I have been told I should be out and about soon. OOC: The real reason is that my internet decided that working is for losers (and those of you that have been on with me regularly are aware that my internet is a bit iffy anyway). Anyway after spending a while making the employees of tiscali cry, I now have my internet back (I just hope my chars havent been deleted (Im still plucking up the courage to check)) End transmission [add:] ooc: sorry did some copy and pasting to check spelling and ended up missing the rp bit. Also my chars havent been deleted :yahoo: SF Message Dump - Wyvernhead - 07-12-2007 Transmit to: All SF personnel Comm ID: Trainee Wyvernhead, SFF Wyvernhead After ID certification from the Battleship Suffolk I have now arrived in the Dublin system. On my first patrol I've encountered a transport vessel with the callsign El_Feo, tagged Hogosha. My auto-pilot screwed up so I flew into a mine and didn't have a chance to scan his cargo. Because of our current relations with Kusari and because of Hogosha's questionable legal status what am I to do the next time I encounter one of their vessels? Otherwise, I've encountered Molly gunboats that I can't face with my Templar. Request the permission to use more powerful vessels. Trainee Wyvernhead out. End transmission SF Message Dump - Firebird - 07-12-2007 Transmit to: Trainee Wyvernhead, SFF Wyvernhead Comm ID: Admiral Firebird Quote:Because of our current relations with Kusari and because of Hogosha's questionable legal status what am I to do the next time I encounter one of their vessels? Double check the ID of this vessel against its tag. With respect to the Hogosha, if their actions are supporting the Kusari's war (trade route bound for kusari lawful bases) feel free to impound the trade vessel. Main thing is to identify their purpose in Bretonian space and act accordingly (if lawful let them be, if unlawful deal with them). Quote:Otherwise, I've encountered Molly gunboats that I can't face with my Templar. Request the permission to use more powerful vessels. You may. End transmission SF Message Dump - Hyperwave22 - 07-12-2007 Transmit to: All SF Personnel Comm ID: SFF-Thames I began a patrol in Cambridge today when I found out that Captain Kiggles had recruited a new member to the SF (I'll leave those details up to him), and moved to escort the new pilot from New York to Bretonia. However, at Planet Mojave in California, SF ships crossed paths with two SCRA bombers. Luckily, my fighter and Captain Kiggles' bomber were able to distract the SCRA ships long enough for our new pilot to escape to California. A battle ensued, and minor damage was taken by both the SF and SCRA fighters. However, with the arrival of ~6 SA ships, SFB_Kiggles and SFF-Thames disengaged from combat to accompany SFF-miser out of Liberty. Assistance was offered to SA if they needed it, but due to limited jurisdiction rights, disengagement seemed appropriate unless request was accepted. Finally, my CO had told my squadron that SCRA had been operating in Bretonian space previously. This means that SCRA is using Bretonia as a connecting point to Liberty to engage SA. Because of this, it is of utmost importance to at least damage SCRA squads moving through Bretonia. If this is not possible, be sure to alert SA of their presence, and offer assistance if necessary. transmission ends... SF Message Dump - Firebird - 07-13-2007 Transmit to: All SF and Allied Personnel Comm ID: Admiral Firebird Position in SA/HF War Seeing that there have been reports of SF actions in the war, time to clarify SF's position. The SF will not be an active participant. If SA calls for assistance in defense of their civilian population SF vessels may respond but the defense of Bretonia is our primary concern at this time due to the current war with the Kusari. No SF forces are to be stationed within Liberty's borders (visits fine, staying no). Our position towards the HF/AW remains the same, they may pass through Bretonia but they are not welcomed and should move quickly through. Helghast are still KOS. Bs| may enter Bretonia as per usual and are advised to avoid incidents involving our forces. SA should not move to attack HF forces in Bretonia, HF shall not use Bretonia's position as a shield. OOC: Due to the eventual involvement of AW in all HF affairs the SF will remain out of the war. To put bluntly, we want absolutely no interactions with AW and our policy reflects this. Transmission Ends SF Message Dump - will ritson - 07-14-2007 To:SF personal Comm ID:SFBS-Norwich To firebird HF have tight links with AW but there are only 5 AW active members i hardly see them as a threat.(there only on briefly every day) Also i gave warhalk a friendly PvP in my battle ship when a nomad turned up(Nomad-Escort1). just as i had destroyed warhalk the nomad tractored in all the nomad blasters and cannons(about 30 of em) i chased him with 2 other players he got away to i gave 10 mil to compensate his loss. SFBS-Norwich SF Message Dump - Hyperwave22 - 07-14-2007 Transmit to: Billy the Kid Comm ID: Commodore Hyperwave While AW does not seem a huge threat, they can still damage us. However, there are other (more significant) reasons that a battle with AW is not favorable. These may include failed relations with AW and HF, throwing us into an inevitable, multiple front war, or worse. Commodore Hyperwave out... SF Message Dump - gemini_75 - 07-14-2007 Transmit to: SF Command Comm ID: SFGB-Maltesefalcon Detected known drug smuggler Marburg in Edinburgh. Old posts: Post 826,827,828, 830 (on same page) Post 834 (next page) I found him at Islay base and gave chase. He would not surrender and I was forced to open fire, resulting in his destruction. Upon destruction of the ship I proceeded to the Tau-31 Jump Hole. [attachmentid=2783] [attachmentid=2784] No further unfriendly contacts detected. End transmission. |
