Modifications made:
* Removed bounty on Interspace Commerce
* Due to multiple questions regarding the special Bowex Hunting Season bounty it's been simplified. Any Bowex) tagged ship gets the 5 mil bounty. It's not subject to multipliers as a transport is already paying at 5 mil, and 1 mi normallyl x2 for official faction would be 2 mil. You're already getting a multiplier by having the bounty at 5 mil per kill.
