Id like to point out, that the possibility factions get the FR5s wrong, is perfectly believable RP. Diplomatic mistakes happen in real life. The good thing about this proposed way, is that the guy who got FR5d can just talk to the faction, negotiate, and if it DID turn out is was a mistake, the faction can just immediately reverse it, without having to go through all the admin paperwork again.

Why don't we just appoint a few more admins to help deal with the workload?
I mean, that in itself is a decision for the admins to make, but if there are viable candidates out there who could help with the workload that'd be nice.
As for a Faction Leader controlled FR5, I'm undecided. Could increase the response rate of FR5s, and would make people think twice about the inRP consiquences of their actions in-game, but would also be open to abuse and could potentially create even more work for the admins than the original system if people take issue with Faction Leader's rulings.
